Travel insurance saver supplied our travel insurance with Axa it was the best price I could find at the time and I guess thats what everyone is looking for.
The core part of the policy with AXA states it is to cover anyone traveling abroad that needs protection from any unsuspected financial loss.
I found the policy unfit for purpose when we were abandoned without any duty of care in Bangkok with our two children for 12days
It has taken months only to recieve partial reimbursement of our expenses from Axa who dragged the claim out trying to wear us down.
We were supposed to be covered for unexpected financial loss up to a cap of £1250 per person but only have recieved as little as Axa could get away with treating us very unfairly.
I wouldn't recommend booking travel Insurance through Travel Insurance saver the product is totally inferior. The case is now in the hands of the Financial Ombudsman.

They have confirmed that your complaint has now been closed and the final claim payment confirmed and paid over to you.
I appreciate that there was a misunderstanding with the policy cover but, AXA have confirmed that payment was made in line with the policy cover stated and claim limits provided and listed on purchase.
