Do not buy tickets on Travelis!!! The absolute worst service you are ever going to get and its a scam. If you buy a ticket and there is anything that goes wrong you will not get any help unless you pay even more than you did for the ticket. After reading the reviews about Travelis and RCG gruppen on trustpilot (its the same company) I deeply regret ever buying from this company because the number one goal in their business plan is to get as much money out of people as possible by using a combination of bad customer service and confusing terms and conditions.

SCAM. Please find another company before you loose your money

If I could give zero stars, I would! I bought plane tickets from this company which got immediately cancelled. Turns out that the plane was already cancelled before I bought my tickets. Travelis could not rebook me to an equivalent flight, so they had to cancel my booking all together. However, they took 790 NOK as an "administration fee" that they would not refund. In other words, they sold me a product they knew they couldn't deliver before they sold it, and then still charged me more than half the amount I paid refusing to give me my money back. When I told them that this was unacceptable, they started threatening me with not paying me back anything at all if I didn't accept their fee. They where also extremely rude and condescending on the phone. This is a scam company, please avoid. I will never ever buy anything from them again.

I booked a flight and paid for specific seats. A day before my travel they called, and told me the seats were booked by another person.

Very bad customer service. Please avoid this company to book a ticket. It is a scam. They did not confirm my booking after the payment. Customer support ticket takes months to answer your inquiry.

Both me and my boyfriend had the same experience (on different flights and dates).

Buy of tickets online goes well, but neither of us ever got our e-tickets or reference thereof.

Then, we both had to contact the travel agency, waiting on the phone for 20mins before some confused man answers.

Fortunately, we both got sent the tickets in the end. Nonetheless, wouldn’t buy from them again - seems like a sketchy agency that doesn’t send you your tickets unless forced to do so in the last minute.

Excellent website to buy flight ticket. Easy to fill out forms, price matched Momondo perfectly and from reserving, to booking to paying. Everything worked according to expectations. Within 1 minute from booking, I had my confirmation and e-ticket showed up within a few hours. I read the other review where people are complaining about service AFTER their booking. You don't get it. This is not a full service travel agency. This is a no frills, buy you flight ticket web-site, and it works.

I don't know why people reviewed this so bad, but because of bad ratings I start to panic about my flight, but in the end everything turned out good, so please re-review things.

The worst company I saw. Don't buy from them.

On my first booking with Travelis, the return flight was cancelled. Travelis sent a spam-like email that ended in the spam folder. They did not SMS this info to me, or did anything else to confirm I received this important info. I was told it was my own responsibility to be updated on cancellations. So I missed work.

Second booking done out of necessity, and after one week I have not received any ticket. Neither any reference I can use to contact the airline directly.
Emails to Travelis are never answered. Then I spent 20 minutes on the phone without any resolution: "I will contact my colleagues.."

Travelis has the worst customer service possible. The are cheap and awful.

Please don’t make the same mistake as me...

I booked a flight with Travelis - which is supposedly a Norwegian company. No, it is a front for Resecentrumgruppen - a mistake I will never make again.

Horrible customer service.

Demanding I pay for a flight change due to a cancellation by Norwegian. Been on the phone over 2 hours to try and pay the change fee, but keep getting a message “All agents are busy, please call later.” The the line goes dead.

Bad enough to have to pay a change fee, because the manually set the ticket inactive (in order to require the change fee,) but then to have no system to pay the fee online, and require passengers to call to pay the fee, plus have to be redirected several times...

They are losing money in this ticket because of the tile I have to spend speaking to an agent, rather than an efficient system.

Waste of time and money.

Made a mistake in a travel booking and realize it 5 min after paying. No ability on the site to go in and change. I sent email shortly after just to a automatic reply of "...Will answer within 6-12 weeks..." which world do they think we live in - that is an unacceptable period as many bookings naturally fall before 6 weeks from order. Reached verbal customer service after some time on hold. Changed (same flight next day same ticket cost) for 100E extra!!! (While almost all airplane companies - including the one I used - having free rebooking at the moment....). Never going to use Travelis again . Next time I will use a new travel agency I will check Trustpilot first as I can see Travelis already has extremely poor reviews

I sent a mail to them today and Travelis Said that there would go between 6-12 weeks before an answer but I got an mail replie back the same day I sent it.

Very good service and exactly the answer I needed from them in the mail they sent.

Not worth for 1 star for this agency!!.. Worst kundeservice and service they have. Until now still waiting for the refund from my cancelled flight. And waiting for 6 months now.. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM TRAVELIS.. ITS A ZERO RATING. 👎👎👎👎

Keep off! Still waiting for a refund after 5 months. They have stopped responding and their website seems to be down now.

They said they would reply in between 6-12 weeks, but 12 weeks in, and not even a reply. In the automated email, they said we could call if there are problems, but we just get an automated message and then the call is dropped. Absolutely useless. I will give them another week and I’m going straight to Norwegian authorities and report them for being a scam.

stay away.....i know it is a pandemic, but when they use 12 weeks and still no reply on email regards canceled flights that is not possible. 5 other friends booked same tickets with qatar airway, and have got their refund for 3 weeks ago....this one, do not even reply an email. If i got have given zero stars, that would be nice.....never use your money on this company or travelis.no witch is same owner.
