I have to say I just spent £260 on two…

I have to say I just spent £260 on two of these and a load of charms for myself and my wife
Was wondering why the delivery was taking so long
I letter from parcelforce arrived informing me that there was £79.21 to pay in customs fees and the like
The response from Traveller charms was simply that I had bought them from abroad and that there was nothing they could do and I should have know
Got to say not a very good experience at all
I won’t be buying any more

Good service

Sleutelhanger binnen gekregen en precies zoals die hoort! Levertijd iets langer dan een weekje. Ik ben tevreden :)

Recieved the keychain exactly the way it’s supposed to be! Delivery time is about a week, I’m happy :)

After 3 weeks I'm still waiting for my…

After 3 weeks I'm still waiting for my order, they blamed UPS but i believe there paperwork was incomplete. The package was returned to them it sat with them. I sent several email they replied saying it will be with me very soon, but they didn't resend untill I asked for a refund. Not impressed

Wait times shocking

I have ordered 3 times from this company. The delivery time is quite long, so make sure you order in good time. Very disappointed waiting for my current order, which is a Christmas present, ordered in good time, but cannot track with the number provided.

Disappointed.

I have been trying to contact traveller charms the past week on social media and through the website and not getting a response. I love the charms and its a real shame you can't get hold of them. It puts me off ordering again :-(
