I paid £170 for visa assistance and received almost no support.

No proper office or transparency

Didn’t guide me on basic requirements (had to figure things out myself)

Rarely answered calls or messages

I applied on 3rd Feb, then received document issues on 10th and 11th March with no help from the agent. My visa only came on 17th March, ruining my travel plans and causing ~£700 loss and a lot of stress.

When I asked for a refund, I was told it “depends on the consulate,” which doesn’t justify the lack of service.

Also, their website, contact number, and office details appear misleading.

Recommendation: Avoid. Apply yourself and save your money.

The agents I have dealt with here are always reliable and I keep coming back with no issues. I would recommend to anyone if they looking for value for money!

HI I'VE CONTACTED THIS COMPANY FOR NETHERLANDS VISA I HAVE TRAVEL DOCUMENT THE DAY OF SUBMITTING THE VISA THEIR FOUND OUT I DONT NEED A VISA TO TRAVEL TO NETHERLANDS THEIR ALREADY TAKE £140 FROM MY ACCOUNT I'VE ASK THEM TO REFUND ME BACK MY MONEY THEIR REFUSE I TRY TO CALL THEM NOBODY ANSWERING THE PHONE IVE NEVER ENTER TON THE VISA CENTER I NEED TO BE REFUNDED OR ANYBODY KNOW THEIR OFFICE PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP THANKS

At first I was nervous as I didn’t want to be scammed but we desperately needed our visas so that we could attend a family wedding. An appointment was booked within a few days of contacting the company and was made by Travellers cafe for BLS for us. From there they got going with ensuring our documents were all correct and that forms were filled in. When we met the gentleman in London before our appointment, he made photocopies for us and rechecked all our documents to ensure that all was in order before submitting the paperwork at BLS. The gentleman went into the appointment with us and made it such a smooth sailing experience. Travellers Cafe were amazing, however, we were disappointed by BLS as the turn around time meant that we almost missed the family wedding. Thank you Travellers Cafe for all your patience, time and guidance during the visa process.

The service was great, Sam made sure all my documents were in place and I was ready for the appointment. On the appointment day, the service also had a person at the VFS to check and facilitate with the appointment, I was taken into the premier lounge and the biometrics process was smooth. Highly recommended services.

The staff is very friendly and they are always ready to help you and gave you proper guide regarding the paper work and appointment.They will provide all the information and will clear all the doubt.The staff is always available to help you at just one call and they will hear you very patience.They deal with my file very well and provide me with all the basic documents that were must for the visa application.....Thanks to the entire team for helping in my visa applictaion.

They were really nice and professional! When dealing with them you might think they are scam due to how nice they are! In the end, they delivered on their promises. On the day of the submission, the lady met us at the VFS Office and ushered us in. She helped cross check all our documents and even the items we forgot to print, she easily made it available. Lots of information. She had an answer to every question and we didn’t stress at all. This is my second time using this service. First was for Spain in 2023 and now for Netherlands. TCAFE is really on point and highly professional and I’ve recommended them to 4 of my friends so far.

I was thoroughly guided by one of their staff known as Ash. Ash really guided me throughout the application, he doubled-checked the application form and I had an stress-free submission. Ash also sent me link for affordable flight tickets which I used. My visa was granted within two weeks!
