Just home from an amazing two week holiday in Vietnam, including Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh City.

A very big thank you to Claire Camins - Travel Managers for organising our trip for us. Everything was organised for us from flights, private transfers, visa, tours and accommodation, all of excellent. Plus local recommendations etc. We literally didn’t need to think about or do a thing except look at the app or our itinerary and enjoy.

Claire’s professionalism, attention to detail, availability pre, during and post holiday and knowledge were amazing.

Michelle was absolutely wonderful. We have used her for two trips — one to Canada and Alaska, and another for a large family cruise — and both were organised perfectly. Everything was taken care of, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Michelle is super friendly, efficient, and even came to our house to go through the trip details with us, which made the whole process so easy. I would definitely book with Michelle again and highly recommend anyone travelling to do the same.

Tanya was Soo efficient and extremely fast and accommodating to our needs. Nothing was too small or too big of an ask she came back to us with options and recommendations for our trip to Japan with 15 people which wasn't an easy feat to organise. Lapland Trip was well organised with constant communication prior to and during the trip. We received a printed booklet outlining all our accommodation and tours and any emergency contacts which we found to be a good reference when travelling. Accommodation and tours were what we were looking for and always well located close to the city centre, Recieved a follow up call and email at completion of trip checking that everything was to our satisfaction
