Improper behaviou of agent/Mr Umar
The driver was good.The owner/coordinator Mr Umar was rude ,abusive and somewhat threatening in his conversation.He tried to cheat us in his rates.He tried to charge extra without informing correct terms and conditions.He bypassed our agent to convince me pay certain amount ,which was wrong.Be careful of him.Otherwise the car and driver was good.
I have come to know that Mr Umair was a third party from Lux travel solutions who hired travelminibus.I would suggest travelminibus to avoid contracts from such third part and agents like Umair who will spoil company's image.

Airport Transfer
I used Travel Mini Bus for my airport transfer and they were absolutely amazing! Both pick up and drop off were right on time, the vehicle was spotless and very comfortable, and the whole service was faultless. I’ll definitely be booking with them again and will be recommending them to family and friends.

Easy, professional and smooth…
We booked a transport from Manchester airport to Leeds. Communication was easy and journey was smooth. Everything was great- car was clean, driver was nice, professional, car was clean and comfortable. We are very happy and satisfied and will definitely book again.
