Can’t reset password
Hi there, Great that I can access my money easily but I have forgotten my password to check balance and despite filling in personal details and trying two email addresses to reset password, cash passport have not replied via email regarding temporary password and process to continue reset. Great... If you don't travel far from home
While billed as a foreign transaction card, it's only useful across a limited range of currencies in mostly Western countries. If you're travelling to any areas outside of this catchment the card charges significantly more than a regular bank card for transaction fees.

Our Cash Passport can be loaded with 9 foreign currencies including Japanese yen, the Hong Kong dollar, the Singapore dollar and the United Arab Emirates dirham. None of your personal information is stored on the card, unlike a credit card which is connected to your financial institution. This provides extra security in the event your card is lost or stolen. We can also assess your eligibility for emergency cash overseas.
