Customer service need to follow back after the booking
I called them and booked the tickets and I paid there and I received the email and saying that 24 hours you gonna be receive E tickets after I doesn’t receive it. I called them back they saying after the booking I have to call and confirm it. I need the tickets, but if he doesn’t call them, you think they’re supposed to call them and confirm you paying already the tickets you need it.
