Ideal Platform for travel

I have used Travelperks many times for business trips. It takes the hassle out of hunting for places to stay and modes of transport to get there.

One that will always stick in my head was when I needed to change a flight. I was busy with work so phoned the Travelperk team and they took away all the hassle got the flight changed, and I still managed to continue with my day without the numerous phone calls and stresses that can be involved with changing flights

Easy to use, great support

I use TravelPerk to book travel and accommodation for work trips. The platform is very easy to use, with a clean interface and intuitive design. It is easy to build an entire trip, with all travel and hotels visible on a timeline, which is really helpful for me to verify that I've booked everything for the correct dates!

Approval process suboptimal

I had high expectations when I started using Travelperk for my travel needs. It promised efficiency and hassle-free services, however, my experience has sadly been quite the contrary.

There seems to be a significant issue with the travel requests submission and approval system. The main drawback lies in how the approval has to be granted virtually instantaneously, failing which, the system doesn't acknowledge or process the requests any further. This system flaw has unfortunately led to some cancelled travel plans and created an ordeal of last-minute hassles to find alternatives, that ended up being expensive.

Equally baffling is the speed of the approval process, which has been remarkably slow, making the overall travel booking experience painfully frustrating. It seems that the platform's design creates a discouraging user experience, quite contrary to its stated goals.

Very user friendly platform

Very user friendly platform! Great for recording travel documents and different payment channels, plus employer duty of care to track the whereabouts of all staff. Also has some very handy emissions features! The concierge tab can be a little confusing to navigate and so updating this would get it a full 5*.

Trustful and prompt

I have personally booked my trains couple of times with TravelPerk for the last 2 years and every single time there were no issues at all. Everything was smooth and extremely fast. I would happily trust them to book my accommodation and planes as well. The provider gives you a lot of options to consider and the platform is so user-friendly.

They are easy to navigate and have a vast array of options for flights and hotels, and it is very easy to filter by what is in policy for my company. The ease of solving issues and assisting with questions is also a plus of their service.

The service is great. I have used it a couple of times and it’s very convenient.
