I have used Travelperks many times for business trips. It takes the hassle out of hunting for places to stay and modes of transport to get there.

One that will always stick in my head was when I needed to change a flight. I was busy with work so phoned the Travelperk team and they took away all the hassle got the flight changed, and I still managed to continue with my day without the numerous phone calls and stresses that can be involved with changing flights

Super happy with this company. Smooth and great service all the time!

It was a great experience to book via travelperk for first time

I use TravelPerk to book travel and accommodation for work trips. The platform is very easy to use, with a clean interface and intuitive design. It is easy to build an entire trip, with all travel and hotels visible on a timeline, which is really helpful for me to verify that I've booked everything for the correct dates!

Very convenient service. Took the stress out of finding accomadation.

I had high expectations when I started using Travelperk for my travel needs. It promised efficiency and hassle-free services, however, my experience has sadly been quite the contrary.

There seems to be a significant issue with the travel requests submission and approval system. The main drawback lies in how the approval has to be granted virtually instantaneously, failing which, the system doesn't acknowledge or process the requests any further. This system flaw has unfortunately led to some cancelled travel plans and created an ordeal of last-minute hassles to find alternatives, that ended up being expensive.

Equally baffling is the speed of the approval process, which has been remarkably slow, making the overall travel booking experience painfully frustrating. It seems that the platform's design creates a discouraging user experience, quite contrary to its stated goals.

Very user friendly platform! Great for recording travel documents and different payment channels, plus employer duty of care to track the whereabouts of all staff. Also has some very handy emissions features! The concierge tab can be a little confusing to navigate and so updating this would get it a full 5*.

I have personally booked my trains couple of times with TravelPerk for the last 2 years and every single time there were no issues at all. Everything was smooth and extremely fast. I would happily trust them to book my accommodation and planes as well. The provider gives you a lot of options to consider and the platform is so user-friendly.

The tool is intuitive to use, the agents answer quick and are super resolutive. The treatment is close and efficient.

What makes the experience great with TravelPerk is their customer service. The agents are always able to help where technology often lacks consistency with airlines platforms or hotel booking systems.

Quick and helpful support. We were missing some airlines and flights in the search panel and after sending a request to TravelPerk internal support - the issue was solved.

A lot of options to reserve, including airbnb, which makes company travel so much more easy. Could not be happier with the service.

Until now my experience with TravelPerk and the team was excelllent. In case of issues or problems, they got in contact with me, informing and solving issues within a short time. Highly recommended service and platform.

Excellent service.
They are easy to navigate and have a vast array of options for flights and hotels, and it is very easy to filter by what is in policy for my company. The ease of solving issues and assisting with questions is also a plus of their service.

The service is great. I have used it a couple of times and it’s very convenient.

Minor: I could not add and pay for additional luggage once the booking was confirmed. Despite that, the Travelperk support is super quick in replying and guiding you to the airline website.

TravelPerk provides intentional and effective support! I like how its agents empathize with my situation and promptly seek ways to address any challenge I face. More outstandingly is how quick they are to grasp any issues without having to over-explain.

Perfect ! Easy to organize everything - flights, accommodation!
