Sam listened carefully to what we wanted from our holiday and planned everything to match what we were hoping for at a price within our budget. This involved air travel, rail travel, hotel accommodation and an excellent restaurant. During our time away, he kept in touch to ensure that everything was as we had hoped. What great personal service!. As a single traveller, Sam and his team made my trip so easy and made me feel so safe. From designing my trip and booking the most stunning hotels to keeping in contact throughout the journey, helping me check in with the airlines (4 long haul flights) and making sure I arrived ok at my hotels. His team gave me suggested itinerary's at each destination which was really valuable and i was treated to a random gift from the team of afternoon tea at Raffles in Singapore! Cant thank Sam enough for a fabulous and memorable trip.

Absolutely seamless travel experience with Travel Platino. I booked a two week holiday to Fiji through travel Platino for my mums birthday and couldn't be happier with the service from the team. Was super happy with all the accommodation they had booked and appreciated the personal messages throughout the trip to ensure everything was going smoothly and we had the right timings etc. 10/10 would book with these guys again for a hands-off, uncomplicated travel experience.

We booked a trip to Borneo with Travel Platino and it was fantastic. The planning process was easy, a really helpful and knowledgeable team meant we stayed at all the right places. Flights worked well, transfers and pick ups on time.

I love travelling and am always looking for something new to do, however, the big travel companies I find just see you as a number, not a person. I cam across Travel Platino in my planning for next year and thought I would make some enquiries.

Well in my lifetime, I have been fortunate to visit over 40 countries in four continents however, my trip to Argentina, recently was easily my favourite of all time. On arrival in Buenos Aires, everything felt very safe and although my Spanish is extremely limited, I could by and communicate the friendly locals.

The food and wine are to die for. If you like a steak? - these will be better than anything you ever tasted. The wine was heavenly and extraordinarily good value around about £6 a bottle!

Just an hour or so flight from the capital is the town of Puerto Madryn the gateway to Patagonia. Excursions leave from this destination, to watch the southern Right Whales and Patagonia penguins, both are memories that will take you through the rest of your life. You may need to bring a jumper as it can get a little chilly when the sun goes down.

From Patagonia, we took another flight to Mendoza, the wine, tasting capital of Argentina. The wine tours offer a superb insight into the vineyards and process. We also took a tour of a balsamic vinegar production house make sure you have spare room in your suitcase for the way home!

From Mendoza, we took another short flight to the city of Salter. The base of the Andes mountains. Excursions are naturally available to take you through the foothills, where you can hike independently at all levels and marvel at the colours and the skyscrape!

From Salter, we took another short flight to the Iguazu, falls on the border with Paraguay and Brazil. These epic falls are ingrained in our memory. A very moving experience. We also took an excursion to see the falls from the Brazilian side to compare the magnificent view of the power of nature at this world heritage site and setting for the Robert DeNero, film The Mission.

A return flight to the capital completed the tour with a view to the Japanese garden and the most famous graveyard, which is the final resting place of Edith Piaf.
