I ordered and received a poster last year, no problems, so I went back to them for another poster recently.
They sent completely the wrong poster and have failed to respond to 4 emails I have sent over the past 3 weeks. I have also tried contacting them via Messenger but no response either. I am now trying to get my money back via Paypal.
Rubbish.

Worst Customer Service - Missing Poster and No Response
Posters are poor quality and expensive, but you have to pay for shipping to send them back to get a refund. Given the customer service experience I don’t believe the money would have been refunded if I had returned them.
One poster out of 4 didn’t arrive and Travel Posters Online have failed to respond for a month.
100% avoid this company.

Worst customer service. Item has not arrived and I’ve been ignored. Had to open a paypal dispute to attempt a refund. AVOID

Avoid this company
No items received, they’ve said they’ll resend. Still haven’t. They don’t reply to emails and only contact is very slow via Facebook messenger. Worst customer service possible. Avoid and shop elsewhere.

Difficult to contact
Posters arrived but were slightly larger than stated which meant they did not fit in frames. Contacting the company took many goes before any response. Company agreed to correct the problem but took a long time and had to be chased. Would not use them again.
