Card stolen
My card was stolen and had an unauthorised transaction. My bank couldn’t cancel it. I got a police report and overwhelming amount of evidence and this company completely shut me down and did not help whatsoever. This goes against their ‘policy’: “Losses from unauthorised use of your credit cards, if lost or stolen during the covered trip and you've met the terms of the issuing credit card company."
Would not recommend.

Reasonable insurance for a short trip
Easy to do and covered what I required for a short trip at a price I was happy with. I cannot comment on how they company might be to deal with should a claim ( hopefully not) be require. Was what I wanted at a reasonable price.
