DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!
This is a horrible, horrible agency!!! If I could give a zero star I would. I never received my refund. They stole from me and now I'm going to put them on full blast! I cancelled my flight ten minutes after I booked it because it was booked for the wrong day. I spoke to an agent and he cancelled it for me and said I wouldn't be charged. Well, I was charged. I received an email stating the flight was cancelled and wouldn't be charged and I have saved everything. Two weeks later and no response, was on hold and hung up on, no response from anyone when I emailed them. I just called again and was hung up on. This is mind boggling! This is the WORST SERVICE I have ever had!!!!! I'm going to put this agency on full blast! Shame on them and their horrible customer service and for STEALING MONEY from me!!! 😠😠😠

Scam they did not notify me that my plane got cancelled it got cancelled supposedly two weeks after I bought the tickets I bought the tickets in November and said it was canceled in December showed up to the airport March 4th to no tickets tried calling got hung up on a bunch of times they tried to make me pay an extra $350 to get more tickets horrible horrible

I had terrible experience with they I book my flight for February and I just check on my banking account that they took 4 times money from account and when I try to contact them no body was responsible and I had to Emile their customer service and they told me I have to go check with my how rude is that. They don’t even know how to do right customer service and they grab money out of my account with out my permission and now being sorry for it. I will for sure report them to my bank as they try to scam me and never ever again book ticket with them. Horrible company won’t even suggest it to anybody
