recommend for coach charter
I would certainly recommend Travelsafe for coach charter. Had a few problems with receiving online reminders re payment when payment had been made but this was more than made up for by our excellent driver Sakin who went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. I could not fault his service on the day and he made the trip an enjoyable one.

Bus was on time and driver was polite. However bus was a bit old, didn’t have the ability to play music etc. Good value for money though.

Pack your hiking boots if you're traveling to Mt.Buller this season...
If I could I would give 0/5 stars, but 1/5 start will suffice. I've been staying on and travelling to Mt.Buller for as long as I can remember. I have never experienced such bad service, it was almost comical. Didn't see any village shuttles on Saturday until 9am, then the shuttles were extremely inconsistent with driving past our lodge, there were many that just ended walking into the village so they wouldn't miss their lessons. I feel sorry for the drivers, as I would suspect they're coping a lot of frustration from patrons which isn't fair in them. Then the village taxi, the only good thing was there was a taxi waiting for us to drive us to the lodge, however getting back to our car was ridiculous. Booked the taxi and it was nearly hour late... I can understand a few teething issues, but this is beyond a joke. Luckily, I'll continue travelling and skiing Buller, but I'll definitely will be packing my hiking boots next time.

Our apologies for your experience, we are seeing a record number of visitors to the Mountain this year and yes, we are experiencing early teething problems. But it is also worth noting that the outgoing operator who didn't tender for this season, has for whatever reason made it as difficult as possible for the transition.
We have had a number of staff who had agreed to start being offered more money to stay where they are or indeed not to do anything. We have also had other local operators take on work and then for no reason pull off the work to cause maximum disruption.
Before taking this contract we were briefed on numerous issues, long waiting lists, calls not being answered, etc. One only has to look at previous reviews on say Facebook to see that these issues have been long running - for years.
We were locked out of the transport office for two months due to disputes between the outgoing provider and RMB - this along with mountain being opened early have all contributed to our service being below par.
We wholeheartedly agree that the service currently on some days has not met our standards.
As a team and with the support of RMB, we are working hard to improve services - we are running additional weekly training courses, we will be running our third Hazard Driving course shortly. We have more and more people booking via the app and tracking the taxis and shuttles. Booking stations are being rolled out to many hotels this week.
Our improvements to the service can be measured in days not years and we fully expect that in the very near future you will feel confident to rate us with a 4 or 5 star.
Thank you for taking the time to relay your concerns and feedback, which in all cases provides us with the opportunity to further review and improve our service levels.

Debacle at Mount Buller
Travel Safe took over the bus services at Mount Buller in 2019. The service has been a complete debacle with long queues experienced by day skiers, sightseeing day trippers and those staying in the village. This company clearly promised plenty to win the bus transportation tender but has failed to deliver for Mt Buller’s guests. I would not recommend using this company for transportation services.

We have used this company a number of times now to transport a group to and from the airport for a church function. Keith has always been easy to communicate with and diligent in his follow up. Changes to our plans, even late in the piece, are never an issue. The buses we have had have always been extremely well-presented, and the drivers have been courteous, professional and flexible. I really couldn’t fault the service I…
I really couldn’t fault the service I received with booking the mini bus. Richard our driver was excellent and I was a bit worried on our trip home that we were a bit too roudy after the festival, but Richard was very patient with us and we all had fun.
I will definitely be booking this service again and I’m sure all 14 of us will be keeping you in mind for the next time we need a mini bus.

Thank you very much for the service provided. From dealings with Fraser , the young man who dealt with my enquiry initially , who was respectful, polite and professional . He delivered everything he said he would and followed up on everything provided . Bernard the driver was "amazing" . My daughter contacted him to see if he could come earlier as the quiz night had finished an hour early which he happily did. They all felt very safe on the bus.

Great service!
Our experience with you guys was really great, as soon as I had submitted a request online I had a phone to clarify what was required and the quote followed soon after that. When I had to make changes they were always accommodated kindly and promptly. Online payment was so convenient also.
Having the driver details and the drivers making contact before the two different trips was really great as well. We had a last minute change to our first journey which I called the driver about and he was more than happy to work in with us and make it an hour earlier with no notice.
Our guests in the bus had only positive things to say as well.
While its not often that we have things like this (this is the first time we’ve had such a group of visitors in the last couple of years), we will absolutely keep your information handy for when we do. We only have really good things to say!
