All's well that ends well

It was frustrating to have paid according to a different currency other than my own, even after I asked to be quoted in my national currency. However, I was offered a credit for future booking as compensation for the error. Lucas at ext.129 has been a most accommodating, diligent and patient customer service representative serving beyond the call of duty.
