Romeo and Vu from TravelThru saved our day. The information regarding a delayed flight did not come through to them, so the initial booking was in affect cancelled. However when we called them they arranged another pick up very quickly. Not many companies would have gone the extra mile to help from our experience. The flight was slightly delayed but there were even further delays with the luggage. The young man, greeted me with WhatsApp messages and I was able to keep him informed about what was happening. He waited almost 2 hours! Job well done!

Airport transfer couldn't have been easier
