Schedule changed - Onboard denied

I have booked a flight from LHR to Chennai and Chennai to LHR through travel trolley with lay over at Delhi.
LHR to Chennai - No issues.
When I'm in India, I got a mail from TravelTrolley team mentioning that there was a schedule change mentioning that I have to go to Bombay instead of Delhi. I agreed and I got an updated ticket and it got updated in Virgin Atlantic website too.
During my travel, I travelled from Chennai to Bombay via Indigo which is as per plan.
However, Virgin Atlantic denied onboarding me mentioning that my ticket is not showing up and it still shows as Delhi. So I paid for a new ticket to travel from BOM to LHR and now the investigation is still going on for initiating the refund.

I emailed regarding my recent encounter…

I emailed regarding my recent encounter and trust pilot replied back to me and the unsaid to get in touch as I shouldn’t have been charged £130 for a flight date change considering I had a free flexible flight change.
But I replied back and still haven’t got a message back

My wife got diagnosed with cancer

My wife got diagnosed with cancer 4 weeks before our holiday, she had a mastectomy days before we flew . We obviously could not fly , we are still fighting for compensation, we have been refused because we did not mention she had cancer 26 years previous,and the all clear 19 years ago , and with a doctor verifieing this . We are still waiting and with hopes dwindling. We are disgusted with the after care . PLEASE DO NOT get ill before you travel

Travel trolley is super helpful

Kartik, the customer service executive is phenomenal and supported me with multiple reschedules. He is so kind to keep giving us alternate options for every change and so helpful. Definitely recommend travel trolley to my friends. Wonderful experience.

REFUND -- " 70 Days "

Price was best among other providers

Price was best among other providers and booked, but due to some reason had to cancel ticket, Rachit from customer service was very helpful and refunded me full (cancelled same day). Definitely will use Travel Trolley again.

Still holding onto our money reference …

Still holding onto our money reference SUOVVA even though the flight was cancelled due to c19. Would not refund us our money and then when we try and book another flight they are charging us again for the full fare. Please can you refund us our money.

Bad Customer Services and rude behaviour

The representative I spoke to on the phone was rude and repeatedly cut me off while I was trying to explain my situation. Instead of helping resolve my issue professionally, I felt that the focus was always on finding ways to charge extra money for customer needs rather than providing genuine support.

The entire experience was stressful, frustrating, and far below the level of customer service I expected. I believe customers should be treated with respect and given clear, fair assistance instead of feeling pressured into additional charges.

Because of this experience, I will be warning other people to avoid using this website for future ticket bookings.

UK based, answer the phone, limited stock

Really good experience. They actually answer the phone and respond to their emails (by a human not a bot). Based in the UK. I got a super discount flight fare - only issue is that I had to call them to get the e-ticket number (their automated email didn’t provide it - likely a glitch). Later, I tried to change the flight but apparently they only had access to discounted fare and couldn’t change it due to “availability” (while there was availability on the carrier website).

Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with Travel Trolley. Most agents seem unprofessional. Once you book the ticket, they often ask for extra money later, which feels unfair and misleading.

Whenever you ask to speak with a supervisor or manager, they rarely transfer the call. If you keep insisting, they usually say the manager is busy and promise a callback within 24 hours, but in reality, no one calls back. It feels like they avoid resolving issues when they know they are in the wrong. Very poor customer service and communication.

I only received a response after posting a public review; otherwise my concerns were completely ignored.

Even though they use a digitalised system where emails, calls, and booking details can clearly be tracked and verified, it feels like nothing is properly checked or acted upon unless it is escalated publicly.

The way responses are handled also gives the impression that staff have strong backing from higher management, which is why issues are often ignored rather than resolved properly.

Overall, the experience has been very disappointing with poor accountability and lack of proper follow-up on customer complaints.

Trust pilot really need to allow zero…

Trust pilot really need to allow zero stars and just comment. This agency I have been contacting precisely from 4th May and till today no one has responded to an email or call. I keep being told “ROMAN” will call back on an urgent priority basis with 24/48 hours which never happens . Horrible service honestly. Every time I call apparently Roman is taking calls. I’m travelling soon and it’s such a disturbing thing
