Absolutely terrible customer service, operators are rude, constantly talk over you and refuse to listen to you. This is if you have the patience to wait for nearly an hour to actually speak to someone.

I made a mistake on my booking.
The lay over I booked was over 9 hours.
I meant to book the flight with 1hr 40min lay over.
My fault for not reading properly.
But the customer service operative was very unhelpful told me that I couldn't cancel the tickets without paying £100 a ticket. Even though I paid £9.99 each for free same day cancellation!
And charged me £350 to amend the tickets which is outrageous.
If wasn't stressed out by my mistake I'd have demanded he cancelled my tickets and refunded me for free so I could have booked alternative flights.
All in all a bad customer service experience.
Even now they are refusing to reimbursee even though they said I couldn't cancel for free even though I paid the extra so I could!!!!

Hi,
I am, willing to change my review if I can get some assistance as soon as possible. I tried calling multiple times, and couldn't leave a voicemail, as my flight stop says CDG Cagliari Italy, which is an error. CDG is the airport code for France. I've sent what's app messages and emailed and got no response, when it says that you guys have 24/7 support, which is one of the reasons I chose you.
My flight is on the 18th of March and if I don't get some assistance soon, I will take further action. I am not even sure if due to the Middle Eastern conflict that is happening atm, if the flights are still going ahead, so some support would be very much appreciated.

Booked a flight and once I paid the dates had changed, the booking confirmation they sent me didn’t match any booking reference with the airline. Emailing , messaging and calling for a refund but they ignore you.

There is no direct contact number to get in touch with Travel Trolley. Our flight has been cancelled and they are ignoring our messages through WhatsApp chat. Qatar Airways have announced refunds for cancellations and the fact that Travel Trolley is not responsive seems like we are being scammed. We need to be careful with selecting travel agents with direct contact numbers.

I booked with Travel Trolley because they came up on search engine as the cheapest way to book my flights to India. It all worked fine until there was a schedule change by Indigo (Indian carrier). Travel Trolley simply failed to update my itinerary in time. I made several (3 or 4 attempts to chase Travel Trolley) before my outbound flight, but the proposed revised itinerary wasn't confirmed in time. I got to the airport and Virgin Atlantic refused to allow us to drop our bags. We had to go to the ticket desk where Virgin Atlantic resolved the issue themselves. It was really stressful and at one point we thought we wouldn't be able to fly. I would NOT recommend you use this company, they don't take sufficient care of their customers.
Due to personal reasons I have to change my travel date and Mr. Parag has guided and helped me patiently and made we go through all the process, I appreciate his patients and was very welcoming tone, thank you travel trolley.
My Mrs booked flights for the first time via this website for one Adult and one Child travelling in March 2026 and due to some reasons we cannot travel on the dates. Upon asking for cancellation Mat quoted 330 GBP per passenger which is usually 200 GBP each and Arun quoted changes for 270 GBP for an Adult and 255 GBP for a child which is a rip off. They lure you into so called low prices but will charge you almost triple for changes.
Whenever we booked through local agents they charged us 100 GBP for changes plus if there in any fare difference but in this case there isn’t as tickets are cheaper in May 2026 and we checked with Emirates Airlines.
Do not book with Travel Trolley ever again. She sent an email and it’s been 3 days and no reply from them which goes to show their customer satisfaction/ service and quite bluntly they are telling me these are the charges by their company. Shame on you taking advantage of the situation.

Worst customer service, and they don't even care about you once you pay them. Their cancellation policy ensures you will lose all your money. I booked tickets for around £500, and they are only going to refund me £7. I had no option to transfer my ticket, and to reschedule, they were charging me an additional £450 on top of what I already paid. They don't care, so just be aware. I lost all my money, so be careful.

I've booked my ticket with travel trolley through flight finder website,
on the 5th Feb2026 and they charge me 1115.12 for two confirmed tickets flying to Islamabad.
and very next day i had phone call from one of their agent asking me if I'm interested to upgrade my luggage allowance before i get tickets confirmation via email.
I request to keep my original booking with same allowance and later got email with both way flight confirmed.
when I was look at Qatar airline website to print my flight details and a massage pop up saying my return flight has been re-schedule and so i will be waiting additional 2.45hrs on top of original 1.5hr when i made my booking.
so i call travel trolley one of their agent told me I've to take it on with Qatar airline direct as they change their schedule so nothing he can do about it.
so i ask him to put me through his complain department and he advise me within 24hrs someone will give me a cal.
its was 11am yesterday and up to now @ 15.00 no one contacted me/???

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Trolley.
On 18th September, I paid £50. I was then informed that my flight had been cancelled and that I needed to pay an additional £624.19 to secure a new flight. I was also required to pay another £50 to confirm this booking. At no point during these phone calls was I clearly told that the ticket was non refundable.
Later, due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to change my flight dates and paid an additional £60 on 17th November. Eventually, I had to cancel the ticket in December. That is when I discovered through another representative that the ticket was non refundable. This information was never properly explained over the phone and was only hidden in very small print.
Since December, I have been waiting for my £160 tax refund. It is now February and I still have not received it. Every time I call, I am told your payment is in process. How long does it realistically take to process a refund? Three months is unacceptable.
The customer service has also been rude and dismissive throughout. This was my first experience with this company and it will absolutely be my last. I will never book with them again.
I strongly advise others to be cautious and make sure refund terms are clearly explained before making any payment.

Absolute rip off when you try to change date or cancel ticket. The airline charge £110 but travel trolley want £220 and make you wait 6 weeks for refund. The customer service is shocking just put you on hold or disconnect you so starts again.
