Booked a holiday with Travel Tycoons through Jacob Brown. I'm really happy with the service, and also the reassurance I was provided with ATOL documents etc and websites to confirm legitimacy as there's always a concern. Jacob worked 3 hours over his shift to perfect the flight timings for me, and once I paid my first installment, my flight e bookings were sent to me alongside a contract. I'm really pleased, the prices were very good considering the duration of our trip and all hotels being 5 star with transfers included. I would recommend and book again.

David Wilson made sure everything was organised well in advance and kept communication consistent throughout i never once felt like i was there navigating the process alone. He was always reachable and proactive, which made such a difference.
What really stood out was the itinerary he put together for our Morocco trip. Every detail was thoughtfully planned the destinations, the flow of the trip, the timing it all came together perfectly. It was clear he genuinely put care into making the holiday feel personal rather than just a standard package.

Airport Transfer No-Show, Months of Frustration, and a Disappointing Resolution Process
Unfortunately, this was one of the most stressful travel experiences our families have had.
The most serious issue occurred when our confirmed airport transfer failed to arrive despite repeated follow-ups and assurances before travel. As a result, we were forced to arrange emergency transportation ourselves and pay £420 out of our own pocket in order to airport transportation to avoid missing an international flight. This was particularly stressful as our group included young children and family members, and the situation caused significant anxiety, uncertainty, and pressure on what should have been the final day of our holiday.
We were also extremely disappointed by the cancellation of the Suluada excursion, which was one of the highlights our families had been looking forward to throughout the trip. While an alternative activity was offered, we did not feel it was comparable to the original excursion that had been booked and anticipated.
What followed was a lengthy and frustrating complaint process that lasted for almost two months after our return. The matter involved numerous emails, repeated explanations of the same issues, delays, miscommunications, and repeated discussions regarding points that we believed had already been acknowledged and agreed.
To be fair, the company eventually reimbursed the £420 emergency transport costs that we had paid ourselves, provided an £80 refund relating to the cancelled excursion, and later issued £100 goodwill credit notes per family. However, this outcome was only achieved after a prolonged process that required considerable time, effort, and persistence from our side.
The most concerning aspect for us was that after the refund had been agreed and our bank details had been provided, we were repeatedly informed that a positive review was required before the refund could be processed. This was explained as part of the company's internal approval process. We were uncomfortable with this request and felt it created unnecessary pressure while we were waiting to be reimbursed for expenses that had already been accepted and approved.
While the financial aspect was eventually resolved, the overall experience, communication, handling of the complaint, delays in reaching a resolution, and the stress caused to our families left us deeply disappointed.

Nevertheless, we fully recognize that this process became more prolonged and exhausting for your family than it should have been, and for that, we are genuinely sorry. 🙏
Despite the unforeseen circumstances, we remained committed to supporting your family. We reimbursed the emergency transport expenses of £420, provided the excursion-related refund of £80, and extended goodwill credit notes as a gesture of appreciation for your patience and understanding. While we appreciate that this does not erase the stress experienced, we hope it demonstrates our commitment to standing by our customers when things do not go according to plan. 🤝

Girls trip gone wrong
Booked a girls trip for 4 to Tunisia through travel tycoons , which very quickly turned into an absolute nightmare as one of us had to drop out last min .
