I am so frustrated and worried I will never see my refund. I have sent emails, phone call and even WhatsApp I feel like I’m going around in circles. I booked a hotel with this company for the and off November 2023. We had an issue with the hotel so the hotel wanted to refund us. So they refunded Traveluro (AGoda) beginning of January 2024. I called Traeluro (Agoda) they told me the booking was made through Priceline – Transferred me through to them and then told me that they had processed the refund on the 9th when I called Agoda and that it was now with your bank they are an American company. Call bank there is no refund. 2 months off fighting to get my refund. I really don’t no what to do next 😩

Do not, I repeat DO NOT use this site. No matter how good the pricing is, it is not worth the aggravation. I booked a hotel stay in Ottawa for a weekend getaway, and all I needed was to add my wife to the booking so she can check in first prior to my arrival. I could not manage the booking on line, I called several times, sent several emails and still no change. I understood that the reservation was non-refundable, but adding a name to the reservation seems and easy task.
My first email response was on Jan. 18/24 that they are working on it. I was told over the phone it takes 24 to 48 hours for a request such as mine to be confirmed. As on Jan. 26/24 still no confirmation. Each of my emails gets the same response that they are working on it as does each phone call. Avoid Traveluro at all costs.
They may not be a complete scam, but they are unprofessional, unreliable and a total joke. Save your energy and money on a more reputable vendor.
Impossible to speak to anyone without a reservation number
Rude and unhelpful call staff. I was going to book online, but it said there were extra discounts available on the phone, so I called. The guy was very abrupt and after taking the name of the hotel and the check-in date said there was no availability. I asked how that could be if it was available on the website and he transferred me to the post-reservation phone queue, where you can't speak to anyone until you type in your reservation number. I hung up and called again and the woman asked where I wanted to book. I told her and she said "which state?" I said "Attica, Greece" and she again said "but which state?" I said I didn't know how else to answer that, and she again transferred me to the post-reservation queue. I decided to email them instead, but the website will only allow you to do that... you guessed it, with a valid reservation number.

I have booked for 2 room stay at Atlantis the Palm for 31st Jan 2024, though i have received my confirmation mail but confirmation number was blank and when i tried to check with TravelUro, No revert was shared for my 5 mails marked regularly including cc to parent company GoSlitty.
We have not received any confirmation regarding our booking till date and neither any revert is available from TravelUro. Our travel plan is on hold due to this.

fake company?
I believed its a fake company and I am now regret after booked my hotel 7587263 with them and burned 626$. I made that fake booking hours ago and even did not get any confimation email. I suggest that never use Traveluro under any conditions. I know they would see my comment here and would wait for them to answer me here.
Update:
1. My bank said the company is legit.
2. My booking was just confirmed, but the confirmation box was left blank. I'll need to check with the hotel multiple times before my check-in date to ensure the reservation is in place.
I will keep you posted.
Not trustworthy
Send at least 5 emails including reminders to the customer support but received only limited feedback, I am still not convinced that by booking actually exist or if it is just fake

Do not book with this site! It is a scam. We signed up for 3 nights at a hotel in the middle of Nevada. On our 3rd night, the hotel staff told us we only had booked 2 nights. We showed them the email booking receipt and order for 3 nights but they said that we ordered from a third party and they are not responsible for that 3rd night.
Told us that the company we ordered from has the money from our 3rd night of booking and that we should contact them to get our money back. The hotel had no vacancy’s so we had to drive 3 hours at night to another hotel.
Since then, we call everyday and have emailed several times and there is never an answer, hang up on us and do not responded to emails.
DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.

I arrived in Bangkok to the Pullman Hotel and they had no record of my reservation. Traveluro had not sent the booking to the Pullman Hotel. Despite fully charging me and sending a confirmation email that it was booked. Secondly I have contacted them probably 20 times over email and no response.
I was then charged double the amount at the Pullman Hotel as it was across the Christmas period (28th-31st Dec)
I have also suggested legal action to them and suprise surprise.... no response.
Please don't use them.

Booked a last minute
Booked a last minute, day of hotel room. Get there and room was booked with wrong date. Called Traveluro to find out what happened since they took my money. Asked for a refund and they told me it was up to the hotel. I was talking with the GM of the hotel & he ask me, to ask them to call him. I was sitting right next to him when they called and he said yes he would be happy to refund me. Then I get an email a couple months later stating “In regards to your request, we regret to inform you that despite our best efforts we were not able to obtained a positive outcome and your reservation remained charged in full therefore, we cannot provide the refund.” I called and spoke with the GM of the hotel and he told me that was the only contact he had with them & he did all the paperwork for the refund and they took the refund. Not the kind of people I want to do business with. I’ll never use them again and I don’t recommend them to anyone. Stay away.

Made one reservation that went through fine . Booked another night but this was within correct dates. Hotel couldn't help since it was 3rd party. Tried calling...24/ 7 is BS then there was no link to email them. Gave my number to have them call back and Nothing. If you wait on their automated phone it hangs up every time. All I wanted was to change a date so people had a place to stay while a relative was in the hospital. I will say it again....BS! So how exactly do you get 24/7 service if Noone answers!!!!

I had a truly awful experience with Traveluro. This website is a complete scam, and I strongly urge everyone to stay away. They never respond to emails or calls, and trying to get a refund is impossible.
The customer service at Traveluro is nonexistent. I've reached out multiple times, but they simply ignore my messages. Their phone line is no better - they hang up on you without any explanation. It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
What's even worse is their refusal to issue refunds. Despite their promises, they won't give your money back. They're only interested in taking your money and providing no service in return.
I deeply regret giving my money to Traveluro. Don't make the same mistake. Spread the word and avoid this scam of a website.

I can't work out if this company is just incompetent; under-resourced; or, if the whole thing is a scam.
In any case, I booked a US hotel with them and later contacted the hotel directly to check that they would accept the voucher issue. They said they wouldn't because the confirmation number field was blank. Tried to contact Traveluro several time - but received no reply. I have now cancelled the booking, was shown a screen showing the full amount (£500+)would be refunded and I'm now patiently waiting - though I suspect I shall soon be contacting my card issuer. My advice is go elsewhere.
Update: Complete refund received. So, what can I say? Seems legit, just very badly run and unable to respond to customer questions.
Booking Disaster
Made a booking for the 21st - 26th of Dec through Traveluro on the 4th for accommodation at Bohemia Resort in Cairns, fully paid. Upon reaching the resort to check in, I was told that my booking was cancelled on the 6th of December, and I was not aware of it and nothing was refunded to my bank account to alert me of this. I had to get in touch with Traveluro on 3 different numbers, told me that they will call and update me in 15-30 mins but I had to call them back instead but got to their voicemail. Had to go through a different agent to get an update of what was happening. This happened for the whole afternoon trying to check in to my accommodation before 7pm as that is when reception closes. Finally, got the booking sorted after 7pm and was able to checkin. Never again I would want to book through Traveluro again.
