Chose TVP based on office located in my city. Told by rep location no longer in operation. However Oklahoma City continues to be listed in locations including this reviewing site. Update your web presence and remove inactive locations. Using a local office would have reduced my anxiety and may have shortened the process by a day or so. Process seem d cumbersome at times. Single thread While several items could be simultaneous. Found this to be frustrating at best
Obtain the replacement passport in time for our family vacation. Very helpful every step of the way.
Great service and product.
Everything was done in a timely manner. Process was easy especially with the concierge service since I had no clue what the documents were or that there was an option to fill them out online for printout. Only took 6 days from when my documents were sent VIA FedEx to receiving them before noon on the 6th day
Needed a passport quickly. Travel Pro delivered!! The staff, both here and in San Francisco were amazing - very professional and pro active in response to questions. Would definitely use again.

You cannot imagine the nightmare it was when my wife lost her passport while we were travelling internationally. We needed a passport fast! I was especially impressed with their Better Buisness Bureau accredidation and rating. Travel Visa Pro was very pricey indeed, but the backup that I received was truely phenominal. They were with me to guide every step of the way. There was always someone to speak to both by chat and telephone- not some automated bot, but a real person, an expert who could answer all my questions and at times offer sage advice. I knew what was happening with our order at every moment. They called me at our hotel the day before the passport was ready to let me knew exactly when it would be back in our hands.They got her passort back to us within the time advertised and well before our travel date. For anyone facing a similar predicament as ours, I would strongly recommend, save yourself time and hassels- call Travel Visa Pro first thing and talk to them.
