Decent service. You get what you pay for... usually. If it's a tight schedule be wary, they won't necessarily get it to you the day they say, and the wording on dates can be misleading.

OK, did I get what I paid for? Yes. I got my rush passport in time for my trip. But I didn't get it until hours before my flight, by driving to a delivery service pickup site to get it in time. I was clearly told I would get it delivered one or two days before and when I started contacting TVP to inquire (when it got close but still wasn't on the way) there was no response to texts or web site inquiries and brush off by phone. When it got down to the wire they did start communicating again, told me the delay was because of a monthly training day at the passport office (if true, why didn't they count that in their time initial estimate?), and helped me figure out where to pick it up. But overall the bad time estimate, poor response, and subsequent days of stress and uncertainty lead me to this score.

Really great service if you waited until the last moment (like I did) to get a passport for an upcoming trip that I had already paid thousands for reservations. There are 2 important things that you need to understand. #1) You will definitely pay more for the service provided but again, if you waited until the last moment (5-7 weeks for the normal Department of State expedited service via their website) this is definitely the way to go! #2) Trust the process and do your part in a timely manner to make their job easier in delivering your product! I was unsure about the using an online service and some of the things I was required to do didn't make sense to me at the beginning, but the staff at Travel Visa Pro answered all my questions and eased my anxiety of the whole process. I paid for the 2 week service and they delivered! In closing, I would like to state the following: "I am not a paid promoter for this service. I am just an idiot that paid thousands of dollars for foreign travel bookings and reservations without realizing I didn't have a valid passport to do foreign travel. I might have gotten my passport from the Department of State and paid less, but I now have my passport with over 3 weeks before I travel and my worries and stress are gone. The service was expensive, but they got the job done, and sooner then quoted. Some other services said they could not do a new passport if we had lost the current passport, however, Travel Visa Pro was able to get the new one without having the current one by mail. They sent the new passport back quicker then the time they said it would take. Overall I am happy with the service, and would recommend them if you need a passport now, and money is no object.
