Error in Visa by you, Cost me a lot
Hi,
After I reached Kuwait airport, they found two UK Visa out of six for my family, have wrong information, one of them the flight number was printed K013 instead K103, and the other was showed the travel is from Doha where all of us traveling from Kuwait.
I contacted you by phone but unfortunately no one answered because it was weekend and your office is closed.
I have send message via your UKVisa site, Four of us traveled, and two return back, and got the correct Visa after 24H.
For such mistake by you, it cost me almost $2640 as our tickets were on First Class
They funny thing, at Heathrow airport they did not look to our visa, and they welcome us.

i lost all my journey
i lost all my journey,hotel bookings and the tickets also the visa money for all of us, cuz only one letter in my partner name
and must be someone assistance for modifying the name 24h.
at the end it wasn't my fault, i typed the correct name, but i received it from them one letter more in third name, and they not helped me in time of entering the gate in last moment.
we were going from muscat, Dubai,London
in Dubai they did not agree to pass the gate to the plane.
they must told us from Muscat
we stayed in Dubai 2 days to check the Travel Visa than lately they replayed us there was a problem in system.
i lost a lot of money non refunded for the hotels and my journey.
