Complete scam company! I was dumb enough to order a gaming console off their website, because of some instagram add. Complete 2$ rip off scam from China, nothing like the photos or description. I payed 50$ (on sale). NEVER AGAIN

SCAM COMPANY

Ordered a retro gaming handheld device and was sent a different product than was pictured on the product page.

Instead of 1500 games on a device with joysticks I received a tiny cheap device without joysticks that only had 400 games that are all in Chinese.

No microSD slot as advertised. The product photo is a manipulated image and nothing like what they send you after they have your money.

It took 36 days to arrive and their return policy is 30 days so they rejected my return request.

DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought a handheld gaming console. This product is a lie. The console does not come with 1500 games and no micro SD slot or card. Screen is much smaller buttons and casing feels much cheaper and the back has no buttons like advertised. Only 500 games and only the oldest ones. Not worth the price, maybe worth 1/5 of the price. Do not buy this scam. Better don't buy anything from this site at all.

I ordered the apple CarPlay device and I was sent the older inferior technology which requires a professional to install it. This is totally a scam. They wanted me to return the device, pay for shipping and only get 30% refund!
I tried to fight the charge with my credit card company and nothing was done and they said I didn’t have enough proof. Ridiculous. I sent them photos and videos of the product and screenshot of their store front.

I should've done some research beforehand and I knew what was coming so I contacted the website for a refund. Within 2 Days I received a response from Travelzoid and someone that my order has been cancelled. I did not receive anything but I got quick help and a refund from them.

ya got scammed by them emailed to get a refund the offered me 15% of what I paid for and then the had the Adacity to ask me to pay for the shipping to return the item and they would refund me. mines the shipping fee to china that took a whole month to return.

Totally got scam by this company. Be careful guys. I ordered the shoebox organiser and it not the same as it is advertised on their website. The shoebox I got was so small couldn’t even fit one of my shoe inside. Emailed them and told them the issue, they could only return 50% of your money and you have to pay the return shipping fee if you want to ship it back. Def a scammed.

Scam company. They will ship you the wrong item and then tell you to ship it back to China on your own dime or keep it and only receive a 30% refund. Total joke.

Absolutely a scam company. Product arrived 2 weeks late missing half of the order. Emails went unanswered and oroduct was not as advertised. My credit card was charged $159.98 for 2 orders (24) shoebox organizers but I only received 12. They have not responded to my emails and there is no refund of my monies as of this date. I plan on notifying the consumer protection bureau so this company can be blacklisted from doing business in the USA.

I purchased an item it took over 30 days to be shipped to me. When I received it it didn’t work. When I requested a refund or exchange they told me it was past the 30 days and that they couldn’t do it. I emailed them several times explaining the problem and they would not refund Or replace the defective product.

I wish I looked into this website before I purchased to save myself the trouble. I’m not even sure where I came across their site but I ordered what I thought was a CarPlay Now ….. what I got today (3/3/23) was some Car MP5 Player??? It looks like something that you would have to get installed and replace your whole existing stereo with. I have no use for it at all for $80…I emailed them today and if need be I’ll just handle it with my credit card company because their own website talks about a satisfaction guarantee. When it was coming from China I should have suspected it might not be what I ordered.

***UPDATE 3/9: As others mentioned they were only willing to offer me 30% refund, I could keep the item or pay to ship it back. I told them this was unacceptable as they are selling falsely advertised products to their customers. I brought up that they have a 100% satisfactory guarantee on their website where they explicitly state if you have a problem reach out and they will be happy to give a full refund and that based on their own refund policies I should be receiving a full refund so why am I only being offered a partial. They didn’t acknowledge my question or give me any reasoning but told me they could give me a 50% refund (after telling me the best they could do is 30%). I didn’t respond. After that I reached out to my credit card to see if I had a case to dispute and they told me that it was in fact something I should dispute.

Very disappointed! This site is a scam, they say it takes 12-15 business days to receive the items but after 20 days I am still waiting for my delivery. After my complaint they weren’t even able to offer a solution or a partial refund for the inconvenience and they just told me to wait! I won’t be able to use the 30$ item I purchased since I am travelling tomorrow for 2 months, and also won’t be able to return it! Well done “e-commerce for travelers“ 👍🏼

If I could put zero stars, I would. I received my order back in December and Christmas came around and my mother opened her gift and it was broken. I contacted Travel Zoid and they said they cannot do anything about it because it was after the 30 day policy. I explained it was a gift and I left it packaged up, because why would I open my mothers gift? They have yet to ever get back to me after I explained to them it was a gift and it was came broken. I do not recommend Travel Zoid and I think it is a scam. Why would they want to sell broken products and not solve customer issues??

I didn't receive my product, after checking the reviews here, I admit I was sure it was a scam. But I emailed them, got a pretty quick response that the package was lost in transit, then they refunded my money within a few days. So I am back. Only giving 3 stars as the packages were lost, but getting my refund quickly is a plus.

It’s a fraudulent website. Please do not fall for it. Whatever products they have listed is nothing like it. It’s a loot scam.

They just give you random tracking number and then never send the item, will ask you to go to post ofc and make you go rounds around withoutactually sending the item.

Will keep saying that they would escalate to their manager to resolve this issue but nothing will happen. FRAUD WEBSITE

I ordered the hand held gaming device. It was not as it appeared in photos. It didn't have the joystick and it feels like it's going to fall apart in your hands its so cheaply made. You can't save your progress for any of the games and it takes a long time to dort through the 500 games to find what game you want to play. Poor product overall. I also noticed that when you write a review on their website, that you have to submit it for their approval before its posted. My honest review was not posted. I noticed only 5 star reviews for a 1 star product. I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from this site as it feels like a scam. I certainly won't be ever again.

I order a leather replacement kit, after more than 1 month I have not received my order. When I contacted customer service they provided me a tracking number that it showed delivered, but I never did. I also went to the post office to check if the package was there, and it was not. This is scam
