Just as some of the below review stated, unfortunately as this company is closing down don't expect any kind of customer service or return options by them.
I've been disputing a payment for months via our banks as they refused to refund goods I wanted to return after buying on their website - as it's my legal right to.
Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a dog coat in Travfurler's sale. It arrived but is the wrong size so I returned in in line with their returns policy. Travfurler have not replied to my emails, and their phone number is unrecognised. My dog is without a coat and I am out of pocket. I will be suing them.

Wow! Absolutely love this harness for my cat it has a really good fit - seems to be better shape for cats than other harnesses I have tried.
It is pliable and soft, and I am pleased with the colour I chose delivery was very fast as well!

Don't buy your pet products here.
I've returned an item, no response, no confirmation, NO REFUND.

Their UK phone number and office is just a front and dead end.

Fast delivery on this dog harness, and the product exceeded my expectations! The harness is durable, comfortable for my dog, and the quick shipping made the whole buying experience fantastic.

Ordered pawswax, and specifically asked for send it to my UK address and not to my Dutch address. Wrote two emails directly and 1 through their website, got no respons and the pawswax is now stuck in the Dutch customs that wants me to pay an extra 22 euros handling costs.
They were keen to take my money but the customer service is rubbish (probably non-existent). Lost 45 euro’s due to their mistake. Don’t order from them.

Absolutely terrible customer service I'm afraid, initial delivery was very fast, but sadly that's where the good ends! I needed to return the item, I have not been able to get any response from any of the given contacts, telephone is disconnected, never had an email reply from them despite numerous attempts. The worst part is I returned the item and have never received a refund. BEWARE of buying anything that might need to be returned from this company!!!

This store exceeded my expectations when it came to finding the perfect supplies for my fur babies. Their wallet-friendly prices and fast delivery option make them my top choice for pet necessities.

I ordered a k9 sport sack from Travfurler. Initially the customer service was very good. My package wasn’t delivered within the five week window and they were very quick and nice in replying to me about this issue. Two months after orderin, Travfurler got in touch saying my order had been returned to them (though I never got notification of its supposed delivery to me). I asked for a refund (minus shipping costs) and never heard from Travfurler again. I have been unable to reach them by phone or by email. I tried to get in touch with them via paypal and was only told I would need to issue a new payment for shipping, despite the fact that I no longer need the pack since my trip has passed! I’m super frustrated by the lack of communication and the amount of time I’ve wasted on this issue.

This store offers a wide array of innovative and eco-friendly pet supplies that I haven't found elsewhere. I appreciate their commitment to stocking high-quality products that are both safe and beneficial for pets.

RIPOFF DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! Paid £250 for a dog rucksack to be sent to me in France at the end of June, never received my parcel and the phone number doesn’t work and they’ve never replied to my mails!!!

Very unserious company. I order something, after more than 2 months still no received the product. Customer service seems do not to exist, Telefon never answer and emails won’t be reply.
I highly do not recommend this company. Now I don’t have either the product nor my money!

It has been two months since I paid for my order which wasn't delivered. The client support doesn't answer me. I have neither my order nor a refund. I am very disappointed with this store.

We had a voucher to use after making a previous return. The previous purchase experience was fine.
However we now find the voucher has been cancelled, Travfurler phone line doesn’t connect (been taken down) and their not answering emails. I can only assume they are having major issues or the business has closed. Website still accepting orders though. Buyer beware!!

I bought a bag for my dog that was too small. I asked for a refund by mail as it is said on their website. They never answered. After many mails they are still not answering. It's a shame and I've lost 200£.
I do not recommend.

Very flimsy. I made the purchase decision based on the description and customer reviews. I have had more robust play tents for the kids. Haven’t risked putting the dog in it as I think he will chew or claw his way out in minutes. Very expensive for basically a very disappointing product. Two stars as the delivery was in reasonable time.
