I used this travel agent to book a flight in October. His name is Andres. While he was initially helpful, he began pressuring me almost immediately to write a positive review—texting my personal number every day until I gave in. After that, he continued messaging me weekly asking if I needed more flights, even when I wasn’t traveling.

When I finally did reach out for a holiday flight quote, he gave me prices that seemed unusually high. I did my own research and politely let him know. His responses were extremely unprofessional, including calling me a liar. Here are some of his actual messages:
• “Impossible, can you send screenshot?”
• “You can’t get both nonstop flight below $300…”
• “Can you send me screenshot of flights? I will book below it, it’s my challenge…”
• “Why you are lying miss?”

This behavior is rude, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable for someone in a service profession. I will not be using this agent again and I’m reporting this conduct to protect other travelers.

I was told a price then got a call saying the price has changed. Fred worked with to get a rate close and the new flight in for was sent right over to me. Fred did a great job.

Ok got a great fight $155, but it fell through. Mario spent an hour and 15 min finding me an affordable flight plan. Still cost me an extra $200 so Total $350 but better than the $800+ everyone else wanted.

Smooth and easy process — my flights were booked exactly as requested, and Annie and Andre kept me updated throughout. Highly recommend!

Pulled the old bait and switch. Offered cheap prices then. More than doubled the price of ticket with no option for refund of initial cheap ticket price. Said had to upgrade and after paying the big price increase still had the cheapest seats available on a different flight with different time with longer layovers. Would not recommend.
