They show you cheaper tickets but cancel the same as soon as you pay and you don't get money back.

I had booked the ticket on 18th May 2022 and its got cancelled from the travolook end they called and aid like your ticket got canceled from the airline end and your refund will be reflect in your account within 7-10 working days. but yet not refund received. they are just cheating people, collecting and getting the money from the customers by showing the cheap flight rate, then they cancelling the ticket and retaining the customer money for minimum 15day to one months. its one kind of money making way. may be they are using this money in other way or in other work to earn a more money. pls don't book the ticket from this site. they are playing with the people as well as with their hard earned cash.

This is a fraud web site. This company cheat to customer.
I booked my ticket online with Travolook.
They collected payment and received email from Travolook your booking is cancelled and you will get refund. Till to date I have not received my refund.
Please be carefull Travolook is a fraud company.

Cheater, fake, fraud, fake website.Never never never book any ticket from this Travolook site. They loot you by cancelling your ticket and you never get the refund.
I had booked my ticket and they cancelled it. Already 4 months over. Every day I sent mail for which is never got reply. Every day I am calling for the refund and get various reasons that either within 2-3 days it will be refund, already processed, we have transaction issue, bla bla bla..... Such a cheater company I have never seen. Please don't waste your hard earned money to this begger, cheater company. Instead pay to some poor if you have more money. But don't ever open Travolook site to book. Sincere request...

I booked a flight from Ahmedabad to shamshabad they canceled the flight and they did not refund the amount. For the money when I called to customer support they will discount in between. When I sent the lawyer notice then they refunded. I am saying this with all the proof. If anyone needs the proof contact me I will share all the details. This is a fraud company they will keep your hard-earned money and won't return back until u complain to the court.

We booked 5 AirAsia tickets from Srinagar to Vizag which got cancelled by the airlines. The airlines said they gave a full refund within 3 days and they it's been 3 months but we didn't get our money back. There's no proper response from customer care

DO NOT book the tickets, i paid money and after some time I got a call telling me that your booking had been cancelled. it will take 10 days for a refund. i mean I'm like what the hell man! then I read the reviews and everyone is facing the same issue. Pure scam!

They are fraud, their main business is to cheat people, they will keep your hard earned money and will never return.

I had booked a flight ticket on March 5th. They immediately called my ticket for some reason and promised to refund my money in 7 working days. Today is 6th April. After more than a month, 8-10 calls and 3 emails, my money is still with them.
I don't think they will ever refund my money!

Tricks they do:
1. Show unbelievably cheap tickets,
2. Tempt you to buy,
3. Then immediately cancel your ticket in the name of "fair discrepancy" (Because the airline you booked had probably never given such a low price for the tickets)
4. Travollok promises a quick refund (7 working days).
5. The refund never comes (my refund is pending for over a month now)
6. Voila! your money has been successfully robbed by them!

My advice: Spend another 300 bucks more and go for a trustworthy travel company.

This is a SCAM. Please do not fall for it. I booked my flights from Kochi to Bangalore and similar to everyone's case, the ticket got cancelled. They will call you right away and say that we will receive the refund. Customers blindly trust them. It has been more than a month and I contacted customer care multiple times. It's always the same reply, that I will recieve in 2-3 days or 5-6 days. It never happens.

So bought two tickets from travolook each one way tickets. One from Bangalore to Male Maldives, and the other from Male Maldives to Bangalore. It was both approved and the money was taken from my acct immediately. As soon as i paid, the both tickets were both cancelled by them, after the money was taken from my acct. The wrote me an email saying that my money will be refunded immediately depending on my bank. These people took my money from my acct, and are yet to return my money. I have been calling everyday, They have been either hanging up the phone on me rudely and are still yet to refund my money. So now the last time I spoke to them, it went from refunding in two to 3 business days to 7 to 10 business days for the refund. I even asked to speak to a manager and as soon as i ask that, they either hang up or get rude or say there’s no managers to talk to. How can there be a business that has no managers to help the customers? They are thieves and are still yet to give me back my refund.

Fraud experience. The website shows coupon applied but it din't work, the money debited was higher than what is shown on page even without coupon the fare was 6400 and 7650 was debited due to their error.

Fraud company. Booked my ticket. Cancelled it saying that the airlines cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions. Upon cross verification, Indigo has refunded the entire amount but these frauds didn’t give me a refund.

I'll keep it short. This website is a scam. Period.

I attempted to book a ticket in Dec 2021 on their website. It said it was "in-progress" for 30 minutes before they "cancelled" it due to "fare expiration". Told me to wait for 10-15 business days but didn't get it even as of today, the 24th Jan 2022.

FYI, the parent company of Travolook.in is Wing IN Travel Advisory Private Limited with CIN U74999DL2017PTC325751.

We did these bookings. Those were cancelled by the website and then they didn't even refunded the money till date, however they say as per their policy they will refund it within 7 to 10 working days.Bookings were done from two different accounts and from both the different emails when I am writing email to them for refund, they are saying that sometimes refund takes time , which means they are not telling the truth because in one account it can take time but for another also the same excuse which is the reason of concern. My brother also did booking and was cancelled and they gave the same excuse and till now not refunded the money. This seems to be a common practice of this website of not refunding the money.
