I purchased two GPS trackers for my children's backpacks when walking to school and have previously used the Trax products prior to the conversion to the new platform. I had high hopes but I cannot get either register to work on the website or with customer service.
It works as advertised when it works but it hardly ever works. I purchased the 3g unit to use on my mom wha has dementia and after only a week of use it was effective a total of 20 hours. Shenis currently missing and unable to be tracked because after only 1 week of service the 6 month subscription 'expired'. Their customer service and support is abhorrent and their excuse is that they are based in europe. Do not buybthis product irnsupport this company in any shape form or fashion
Bought the Trax G+ and got one problem after another. Terrible battery life and support never very helpful.

Firmware updates to fix bugs are months apart and between the updates you are stuck with a useless device.
Firmware does not get tested before its released to public to frequent problems that should have been tested by the company before it was rolled out.
Do yourself a favour and like me buy a Trackimo instead, I am in the UK and they work much better. Smaller and much better battery life.
