Kim was really great this morning. Booked and sorted within an hour and on my way. Great service, highly recommended.

I had my veey first flat tyre. Rung them at 8am. Spoke to lady lovely lady called Kim. She was very understanding and really helped me. Then within an hour they were here fitting my new tyre. James fitted it was very professional and was very quick.

Thanks again guys very happy with the service would definitely recommend and definitely use again!

Member of the AA but they stopped communicating. So search on Google and found treadxtyres in stoke on Trent. James was very helpful and we were underrated quickly.

Tyre ruined after hitting a pothole! So impressed with the service from the first call to the mechanic fitting the new tyre! Fast and easy would 100% use again!

It was 6.30 am got a flat and was struggling to find anywhere open, Thank goodness I tried TXT, Kim who answered was brilliant, reassuring and professional. Calming my anxiety too.( Needed to be on the motorway for 8.30) In less than 30min James was with me and 10min later my new tyre was fitted. What a great company. I'm recommending to all my family and friends. 10/10 from me

Only big thanks to Kim, Dave and all at Tread X Tyres, AA took 4 hrs to respond ,Tread X 35 mins , superb service a number for anyone’s phone book, THANK YOU Kim and Dave the best tyre fitter around , I sat there waiting the AA who couldn’t care less, fed up, worried and the response from Tread Ex was truthful, real , friendly, spot on !!

I had Tyre replacement,, following day pressure went down, I spoke with them to fix the problem as I just spent 250. Answer is no bc there could be other problem y it’s lossing pressure. Took it the garage and it’s sumit went wrong when replacing Tyre bc now I need a new valve… those people love taking ur money but not fixing the problems, never agen

Had a flat tyre on a quiet Cornish backroad in the pitch black on a Sunday evening. No local garages were open so the RAC tried this company. Steve came out within 30 minutes of the call, fitted the tyre with us in the vehicle and we were on our way. Have saved the number to my phone and will definitely be using them again (hopefully not anytime soon). Thank you!!

We had 2 flat tires and they came out within the hour and did a quick, efficient change with friendly customer service.

After my warning light advised me my Tyre pressure was low, I headed to the local garage to place air in my tyre...upon removing the "air wand" from my tyre, my value decided to leave with it leaving me with a completely flat tyre and no functioning value. Tread X Tyres arrived in the time advised and saved the day...James was a star! I will not hesitate to recommend or to use this company again. A refreshingly professional experience from speaking to the lady on the phone to a job well done.

Got a nail in my tyre on the M6 northbound on the Friday before the bank holiday and the start of half term.

Despite all those factors, TreadX were with me in 45 minutes and James got me going again really quickly.

Absolutely first class. Blown out tyre on motorway late last night. Horrendous weather, stranded alone. Zero help from Mercedes breakdown but Caroline and Tim came to my rescue. Can’t thank them enough. Not only did Tim replace my tyre in record time but Caroline was very reassuring on the phone with me whilst he was on his way. Life savers

Very late night tyre blow out for my elderly father in law - TreadXTyres promptly understood what was needed and quickly attended to resolve - very welcome at 1am on a February night!

Brilliant company definitely recommend! Spent over an hour trying to find someone who would come to me as I my tyre blew out in the middle of nowhere in the peaks. The woman I spoke to was brilliant and be very helpful, and they were with me within an hour of calling. James who came to change my tyre was extremely good very efficient. He was really polite and helped me get back on the road in no time. Id really recommend them especially as a young woman at no point did I feel they were trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge on cars 😂

Excellent service, friendly and professional. Arrived within the half hour and on a Sunday evening. Will most definitely be using again. Fantastic, extremely happy 👍
