False advertising. I bought toilet paper months ago and just barely received it. It came from China and is literally the size of 2 rolls put together. They won’t refund unless I pay to send it back. They are a horrible company do not buy from them. Total BS!

I am BEGGGING everyone to NEVER USE THIS SITE.

Ordered an item in March . 3 months later there is STILL no package and I can’t “receive a refund until the item it delivered”

Takes forever to receive order and they they use false advertising regarding the item you order. Not at all what they say it is and then they will argue with you and not satisfy your concerns.

rating needs to be a negative one star! Ordered months ago... never received order. Cannot get a response from the store either!!! SCAM!!!

Order took over 2 months to receive toilet paper. Once received their 40 rolls that I purchased were equivalent to 4 regular rolls. They are corrupt. They should be taken off the internet.

Scam company. They are based out of China. The shipment never arrives.

If I could I would give this company a zero rating. After multiple attempts to get my order: (has been over 60 days now) through email I still don't have my toilet paper Responses are very rude: as if I am stupid and can't use a tracking number I am sure there is no toilet paper coming as ordered and have turned this over to my credit card company to get the charge dropped from my account as I am sure there is no way I will get a refund from this worthless company

Bought body balloons for Christmas. Received them in January and were decorative balloons that could not fit a body. What a waste

Wish I had read reviews before I ordered! I have been waiting over 2 months for the toilet paper I ordered.. all emails say it’s on the way.. RIGHT! If I could I would have given ZERO stars!!

Bottles of sanitizer of 50ML which is roughly equivalent to 1/12 oz and charge like they will send you 24 oz. SCAM SCAM SCAM. To top it off there is no way to contact them but e-mail. FBI should step in like they did with the brothers that were selling the sanitizer for like $80 dollars a bottle and take them to court..

I'm going say again another 0 star I just got 2 weeks ago and wear therapy bracelet for 2 weeks It fell off today and it was broke.I only wear it for 2 weeks for 19.99 geez..same and cheap tolite paper that was half size Dont buy any treasurebox from China I will never order from China again forever..Maybe 2020

Same as many other people. Company states it is located in OR, when it's not. Company is in China. Company has no way of contact other than email, which is the same robo-response every time "please be patient" and starts with 12-20 "business" days, but changes to 21-30 business days in month 2 that we wait for our product (mostly toilet paper). Product finally received is 10 rolls of "European style" toilet paper that is about the size of a rolled up Ace bandage. It's a FARCE all along. Save your money and time. My order went in Apr 2, and they had my money. I just received my 10 teensy tiny rolls of toilet paper May 20th. No refunds and they lie from day 1. If I could put 0 or minus rating, I would. They are NOT products that we think we are buying, IF we get them, and WHEN we get them. Do not trust this company for anything, ever.

Do not order from here. They showed an ad for something my kids wanted and sent something completely different and now sont send me correct item or refund my money. They argue with me through email. I will be contacting all social media outlets like Insta6and Facebook telling them about this and show them proof of what I ordered and what I got. And all emails supporting them arguing with me. And BBB....

BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered 2 - 10 roll packages of toilet paper on 3/25/20 ($40). I thought they were coming from OR. After waiting more than 3 weeks, I contacted the company via email...the only way to contact. Got a "canned message" that it was shipped. Later found out it was coming from China. I paid via PayPal and after over a month of not receiving them, contacted PayPal. They were not able to get the status from this company. I finally receiving these tiny rolls of paper that fit in a large envelope on 5/18/20. Total rip off/scam.

Buyer beware. Stay away from this website. Totally misleading products. Spent around 40.00 for TP, 20 rolls that might equal the size of two regular rolls.They must be made for a doll house. I’ve never seen anything like it. I had to laugh at what a rip-off this is and how I fell for it. Not to mention I ordered in March and received in May.

If I could give zero stars and write a review I would. Beware this place is a complete rip off and everything comes from China and takes weeks upon weeks to receive. I wish I would have read the reviews before wasting $40 on one tiny tiny bottle and hand sanitizer and toilet paper that by reading other reviews if I ever receive is going to be a joke. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. I placed my order April 2 and it’s May 17 and I received my pathetic hand sanitizer yesterday and still no tp. I swear when they were advertising the hand sanitizer they said there was alcohol in it but now there is no sanitizer available on their site and the sanitizer I received is alcohol free so in the garbage it went. Complete scam. They should be shut down.

Ripped off!.....do not order anything from this place! Ordered 10 rolls of TP, hand sanitizer and wipes. If I could post a photo of the TP you would be rolling on the floor with laughter...they are actually about 16th of a roll each!!
