I have ordered a product from this site and still have not heard anything (not even to tell me the item has been dispatched) and I ordered on 03/11/2024 which was 15 days ago! I can only thank people who wrote these reviews as I was about to make a purchase after seeing them on Facebook. I was amazed that they ask for a tip on top of the price! Never seen that before, plus I have now found the item on Amazon, cheaper and no tip expected.

Clothes sizes completely off the spectrum.
Until my most recent order, I had been ordering fleece lined leggings which were good value and fitted well. However, this recent order was a leisure top and bottoms ordered for my husband who is larger/taller than me. The goods arrived, even too small for me. I immediately emailed customer services, you guessed it, no reply and after reading other reviews it’s unlikely I will hear from them!

Absolute con merchants! Unfortunately, I never read any reviews of the site as I just fell for the product….which never arrived!
After several emails back and forth telling me to check with a neighbour/post office!
No proof of delivery like other companies.
However much you love the product…don’t waste your money…it isn’t arriving!!!

Item received poor quality
Ordered a memory journal for me to fill out for my children. Advert on Facebook… however, took 3 weeks to arrive (first red flag). On its arrival the journal book looks and feels cheap and nasty. Not worth the money!! Stuck as postage costs aren’t refunded and I’ll be paying to return it. They must be laughing all the way to the bank.

Scam site
Wish I’d checked them on this site before buying.
Sent me an email saying they were being shipped a week after I bought the toys, the carrier didn’t and still doesn’t recognise the order. I’ve emailed them and no reply. Ordered the product four weeks ago.
Obviously they’ve just taken my money and run. Probably set up with another name as the products are on other site’s advertising on Facebook that are very similar.

I had no idea that what I ordered was…
I had no idea that what I ordered was coming from China. Over 2 weeks later still no sign of thr delivery. Wanted to support a business that wasn't one of the big names but that was a mistake. Also they wanted me to add a tip for their staff when paying. Never seen that before on a website. Glad I declined! I should have checked reviews beforehand.
