Follow a self-guided Treasure Trail through the winding backstreets and hidden corners of villages, towns and cities around the UK.
Crack the clues along the route to unlock incredible stories from the past and solve the mystery at the end.
Before you know it, you've walked a couple of miles, taken in the highlights, put your heads together as a family and returned home with a massive smile on your face!
Where do the Trails explore?
We have over 1,200 Trails across villages, cities and towns in the UK. Visit our website and enter the location you wish you explore, and you'll see all the nearby Trail adventures.
Who are the Trails for?
Literally everyone! Our Trails are particularly great for families with kids aged 4 - 11, and adults who love acting like big kids! Thousands of adults have completed a Trail without a child in sight.
How to get a Trail
You can get a Trail from treasuretrails.co.uk. Trails can be instantly downloaded to print at home or use on the Treasure Trails app, for same-day Trailing fun! Or, if you fancy a digital detox, we can print and pop one in the post for you.

Kids enjoyed the Battersea treasure…
Kids enjoyed the Battersea treasure trails claiming that it was interactive and fun looking for clues. Overall an enjoyable experience and not the first Treasure Trail we've purchased.
There was however some confusion at the start around instructions given for the starting line as there were two exits at Battersea station. The team were brilliant however at receiving feedback and making amends for future groups.
Great to see such promptness to my feedback and responsiveness to improving their products - thank you! Will definitely order again.

We find Treasure Trials great.
It gets us out and about walking, rather than sitting in doors.
Value for your money,
We look for local places as well as ones if we are away on holiday.
The trails generally give you good local knowledge and history.

Having done many of these, I am never disappointed. It is simple and straightforward to order and each trail will be a challenge in some way. I find them all a great way of learning interesting facts/history about the town/city. Always looking forward to the next trail.

Cleethorpes Promenade & Gardens
Another great afternoon and another great Treasure Trail. My family and I have done about 12 of these so far and enjoyed everyone. It’s a great way to see a town or village, get some gentle exercise, have fun and solve clues. We love them and plan to do more whilst on holiday this summer. They generally take about 2 hours, involving approximately a 2 mile walk but we usually build in a coffee stop or lunch. Just once did we need to use the help backup line to solve a clue due to temporary construction work. Highly recommend you give them a go!
