This review is infact incorrect and a misrepresentation of the service Treat Boxx provides and the customer has been asked to remove the review - after receiving an initial email at 8:45am this morning claiming the order was late (order placed Thursday 25th February, Dispatched Monday 1st which is 2 working days) you were responded to exactly 25 minutes later explaining due to covid delays within the Royal Mail system parcels may arrives a few days late, at the earliest 2nd Class would take 2/3 days and to get in touch after 10 working days should the parcel not arrive as this is the soonest Royal Mail will look into it.
You then sent a further email a few hours later explaining that you were “furious, that it was unacceptable, and that your address was clearly correct” after Royal Mail tried to deliver your parcel on time but had to return to sender due to not being able to locate your house and left this 1* review before allowing any response from myself.
After checking your order further, you had inputted an incomplete address so it was being returned to sender as Royal Mail require a house number or a house name - this is not the fault of Treat Boxx nor Royal Mail.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the address is correct, in previous circumstances I have resent all parcels at my own expense where a customer has accidentally missed something off and they have politely emailed to let me know it had been returned to sender if they hadn’t realised before it was dispatched.
Your order however has been refunded at your request.
Treat Boxx is ran solely by myself (Sam) and I pride myself on the 5* service I provide, quick customer service responses, and quality confectionary which is highlighted in all previous reviews.

A delicious treat!
Beautifully presented, good variety of sweets in the Mother's Day pouch (treated myself early!). Communication was great and the sweets arrived really promptly. Would recommend and will definitely be buying again!
