This is my second time on roaccutane unfortunately, because a series of hormonal changes made my skin go crazy and nothing else was working. I’m sure I don’t need to remind anyone of the complete anguish and disappointment at having really nice clear skin and then suddenly fighting a losing battle against your hormones. Especially at age 38, i was really hoping not to have to deal with this any more. I bought some retinol cream, every topical under the sun, tried getting hydrafacials, and was really getting nowhere. I started my accutane journey back in September and completed an 8 month course. I can proudly say I am very pleased with the results and haven’t felt this confident in my skin for 10 years! With the NHS being a long wait, I wanted to take matters into my own hands and use TreatDirect and it was the best decision I’ve made. I found them on an instagram advert. From my initial first message. I was doing my blood test within a week and then prescribed the medication a week later.

As usual I did have a purge however my acne cleared after a few months. Treat direct have been simply amazing. I would do this over again in a heartbeat if I had to (but I hope I don’t need to lol). My acne was hormonal and self inflected as years ago I went off birth control and started getting a few spots (bare in mind my skin was super clear before) so of course I started panicking and using random products in my face. I literally destroyed my barrier to the point where cystic acne developed which made me more desperate and as a result I would use more products. A vicious cycle!
