Not only is customer service incredibly helpful this product actually works. I’ve been using it for a few weeks right now and I’ve already noticed a change. I’ve seen comments before of a woman who had written that it becomes almost addicting. It’s true…. when at first, it felt strange on my feet now it feels welcoming. It’s almost like they look forward to it. I wasn’t very mobile with them when I first put them on now I can walk around. I’m careful when I do because I don’t wanna break them, but I can literally walk around. I used to leave them on for the 30 minutes now I can leave them on for however long I’m able to because it’s like they’re not even there when I’m sitting down. The pain in my feet has subsided 90%. I only say 90% because I’m on a job nine hours a day on my feet so I do have sore feet at times, but not the same pain that I had before. I look forward to the months ahead and the summertime coming. It’s made not feel as insecure about my feet because I feel like there’s hope. And the best part I got into a pair of shoes that I wasn’t even able to put on my right foot literally. One of my favourite pair of shoes. Lo and behold it slipped right on. I only walked around them pain-free for about five minutes. I didn’t want to jinx anything. But I look forward to getting into those shoes this spring. Too much snow outside right now. Lol. . I’m giving myself till May to give another update. In the meantime I have bought the sleeves two pairs in fact so I can wear them all day while I’m at work and I can wear them to bed at night. I have been using the bunion fix for about a month now. No huge improvement yet but realize it takes time. The product is easy to use and seems to be of good quality. Will update my review in time .

Quality of the fix is better than other brands I used so far. It does help me to release the bunion pains after several weeks. It is definitely a short term treatment, but I believe if I continue everyday, the big toe bunion condition can be improved.

This product doesn't work and their money back guarantee is a fraud. At first they said keep the product and we'll send you 30% of your money. Then they increased the offer to 40%. You have to send the product back at your own expense. Then they told AMEX they didn't get the product back even though I provided USPS proof of delivery of their product back to them.

As I use the Bunion Fix on each foot I keep on for about an hour then use the toe separator for hours, it does assist with big toes slowly adjusting the bunion. Actually both begin to be rather comfortable.

Bunion devices are great -helped with my foot pain and I love it to put them on my fit when I am relaxing. 2 in 1 support to my feet and relaxation.

I have tried many other things, the Hallufix bunion corrector (which I still use during the day), toespacers, and exercises, but the Treatmedy really has made the biggest difference so far, because it is sturdy and seems to be able to counter the strain that is put on the corrector. I use it when I go to bed, usually for a couple of hours. It is not comfortable to walk in, so I try to avoid having to walk. The straps are a little bit too flexible, but they still do the job, I just am having to adjust the plastic part to be in the correct position to do its job after I put them on. They are not comfortable to walk in, so I try to avoid walking. But they do an amazing job and my feet are changing, so I will put in the commitment needed.

I found Treatmedy shortly after I tried out Dr. Scholl's Bunion Relief and Toe Corrector. Dr. Scholls was working minimally and helping my foot feel better, but I felt like there was a better option. Once I found Treatmedy, it's been a game changer. My foot has been feeling much better overall now because of it!

It really helped me with my bunions because before I have to take out my shoes any where I am when I feel something stabbing on my foot. I have to rub my feet to ease the pain and the swelling but since I use that from treatmedy I feel my feet become smaller and I feel better when I’m walking.

First of all, the product arrived in quite a short time.
Though it took some weeks to become used to working with the product, I have found that it actually is doing what was promised. I am noticing changes in my foot and toes, and though while small, the changes are noticeable to me. So far I am very happy with the treatmedy device and I feel confident that change will continue. Thank you for the research that was done to lead to the development of this product.

So far so good. I've been using my Treatmedy about an hour a day, some days just totally forget, as my pain has been reduced! Whilst the bunion is still physically obvious, seems my realignment is gradually improving

This order included the Treatmedy Bunion Fix, along with additional bunion-related products shown in my order confirmation. I was very excited to try the Treatmedy Bunion Fix, as I have dealt with bunion discomfort for quite some time and typically wear gel toe separators. I decided to switch after seeing your product online and had high expectations given the price point.

I have been wearing the Treatmedy Bunion Fix daily at home for OVER two weeks/about a month, exactly as directed, and unfortunately I have not noticed any improvement or relief at all. Additionally, I purchased and use two pairs—one for home and one specifically for work trips. On the pair I use while traveling for work, the toe strap tightening mechanism is already malfunctioning. It no longer tightens properly and instead just clicks in place without providing support. Also the velcro is giving out/not attaching properly.

Given the cost of this product, I am disappointed both in the lack of effectiveness and the quality of the materials, particularly since the strap mechanism failed after such a short period of normal use.

I truly wanted this product to work and was hopeful it would be a better solution than what I had been using previously. At this point, however, I am concerned about the durability and overall value.

I asked to return the item after 2 months because it doesn't help me and I see no improvement. I asked for return instructions and as of this writing, I have not received any info. The emails just keep on asking me what went wrong and if I could provide info for them to improve the product. I do not have any info to share because it isn't my expertise. Nonetheless Treatmedny markets a 90 day return policy but I am feeling I am getting the run around. Is there a customer service number I can call. The email replies come from a Mel but there is no other contact info. I will pay the return shipment however I do want to return the item for a refund. Please assist.

I bought this device as I have bunion on my right toe. I got some warm feeling and redness occasionally, so I had bought and tried other device before but did not see great improvement. This device is quite a game changer. After using it for few times, I can already see my great toe is not joining the second toe anymore and I have not had the warm feeling hence. The design is great but you have to adjust to the right strength for it to work and yet feel comfortable.

My right foot is slightly wider than my left and as a result, have started developing an early Bunion at the right toe joint. I've tried other cheaper bunion correctors on Amazon and they just weren't comfortable enough to wear regularly. This one is comfortable with the gel padding and easy to put on too. Best option out there and great prevention for worsening symptoms.

The product is very good. Seems to be helping, but I've only been using it for a few weeks. I don't expect the pain to be gone immediately, but it is making a difference I can feel.

I bought 1 bunion fixer to try it out. I use it on both feet & after just a few weeks of using it, my feet, legs, & knees already feel better. I learned years ago that a part of my leg & knee problems is caused by my bunions. I tried a somewhat similar product years ago which helped, but this product is better. I plan to buy another one so I can have one for each foot. This is much better than having to get surgery.

So far it seems to be working. I have been using the devices for about a week. The devices are easy to put on and I can wear them while watching Tv/reading. I’m hopeful that this will work.

I am using this for at least an hour a day. I think it is preventing further damage.
