I am so glad I bought the bunion corrector. As a teacher I spend most of my day on my feet and I made the rookie mistake of wearing shoes that were very narrow. This exacerbated my bunions and I was in agony. My big toe was overlapping the rest of my toes and this had never happened before. Thank god I came across Treatmedy and my toe has straightened a bit after just a week. I reckon after a few more weeks it will be even better. Thank you so much for the relief!!

I purchased the item on June 5, 2025. The item was working fine until Sept 25, 2025 when the wire part of the unit broke and became unusable. After contacting the company, I was told simply that there is a 90 day guarantee period for returns or refunds. I am quite disappointed that they would not at the very least offer a replacement unit, as I used the product for less than 4 mths. Perhaps there is a reason why the product has just a 90 day guarantee period.

I got an email reply directly from one of the Customer Experience Advisors at Treatmedy with the response on Oct 5:

"... That said, as mentioned previously, our 90-day money-back and replacement policy applies strictly within 90 days of delivery. Since your order was delivered on June 5, 2025, the coverage period ended on September 3, 2025. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a replacement or refund outside of this timeframe..."

So while I appreciate Treatmedy's response to my review through Trustpilot suggesting that I reach out to the Support Team, but my reaching out to the company before did not result in anything already.

The products works as advertised. Its been great for the bunion I have. The pain has gone away and I can tell that my foot is getting better. I highly recommend this product.

I am wearing my device every night and feel that the pain in my left big toe is decreasing. It appeared that it was moving into the hallux vargus direction and that is why I am trying this product.

Love the product and the customer service I received.

Purchase was smooth and easy with good tracking.
Quality of item was sturdy and fit is comfortable,
Not sure if it will fully correct but it does help to loosen the toes so my five ties don’t feel clamp together. I hope I can get another one for free.

Hello there , I’d been suffering from this issue on both my feet for so many years, being born with wide feet and high arch . And for that reason for years I only wear a custom made sandals to alleviate the pain in both my feet. My PCP advised me to have steroids shots every few months and it cost so much pain and money . Then after a few years they opt on having me some surgery . I never did the last recommendation. When I found out about your product on instagram I immediately ordered a pair for both feet to give it a try . After just having them few weeks now the walking experience is 200% better . No worries on recovery if I had surgery , just put them on whenever I’m at home all day and decided to wear them on some thong sandals ! Great product ! Highly recommended 🙏🏼

The bunion corrector arrived promptly and the downloadable book is amazing! It is a novel with lots of useful info. I am icing the left foot and using the product only on the right. I am 2-weeks in and waiting to see how much improvement results. Thanks

There are no instructions with the brace. It is no longer available according to on line. Paid too much. For something that I can’t use 😢

TreatMedy knee therapy device:
I’ve been using the device once per day for the past 18 out of 20 days. So far, I haven’t experienced any significant improvement, but will continue to use the device for at least 30 days.

Product arrived quickly and is as described. Seems to be helping but still working on getting big toe aligned.

I have purchased two other bunion supports and this product is the best by far. You really can get an effective stretch and hold for proper alignment. I am only a month in to wearing it but have felt and seen good results. Less pain and stiffness.

I have worn the bunion fix on both feet for 6 hours a day for 6 months with no change in my moderate bunions. I kept wearing them in hopes that it would, at the very least, prevent them from getting worse. Yesterday the knob broke rendering one of them unusable.
