Never received order. No one emailed me or thought to let me know I wouldn’t be receiving them. I had to chase. Very let down. They refunded but still not good enough. I had no idea I wouldn’t be receiving them.
Was told 18th to 23rd Jan 24, still no delivery. Money went out quick enough though.
Missing items from order but had to wait 5 working days for them to confirm they were out of stock and to get refund instead of them doing it when dispatching order. Items packaged awful
One of the cans exploded in a way and they were fast with their customer service and gave me the refund for the can

I found this shop while looking online for Samyang Carbo Buldak noodles for a decent price. The website had no reviews here or anywhere else so I was a little suspicious but recognised it only started up 1-2 months prior to my order, so I decided to take a shot in the dark and order.
I got the noodles and two bottles of mogumogu. For about 5 days after ordering, the Royal Mail tracking had only stated "seller has notified us that the parcel has been despatched, we'll let you know when it gets to us". This worried me, so I contacted TreatShack again to see if there's any problem. They got back reasonably quickly and said the delay was because they were waiting on one of the flavours I ordered to deliver, and they'd be sending it once it arrives.
The package reached Royal Mail soon after, and arrived within 5 days of it reaching Royal Mail.
I opened the package after it arrived this morning and found they'd added two boxes of fruit flavoured candy alongside my order, which was very sweet. :)
5 stars as they did good as a very new company.
TL;DR: it's a very new company so wiggle room was given and they did well. Good ordering process, shipping was delayed but came within 2 weeks, and customer service was clear and helpful. Will be ordering again in the future :)
