Yesterday I had 2 appointments. The salon was closed, they changed my appointment time, they didn't answer my phone calls and my messages didn't go through. I lost €62

I’ve been attending this salon for my hair appointments for over 20 years and always leave happy with my hairdo.
Noel does an amazing job and is very pleasant and on one or two occasions I have had Ray and Jessica do my hair and they are also great.

A really clean and welcoming salon. I was running late due to traffic and they were very accomodating at changing my appointment at last minute even though they were busy.

Lis did an excellent job on my cats eye nails.

I enjoyed my back, neck and shoulder massage by Laura. The facial was also lovely. BGA is a small shop not far from the main street. I used Google Maps to locate it as I don't live in the area. I had a nice walk round Rutherglen Main Street after.

This was my first time getting my legs waxed professionally and Heinsha was so kind and gentle putting me at ease. Great service in a nice convenient location, I definitely will be booking again.

Dreadful website. I’m a salon who has used these for years and I can’t export my clients details properly to go elsewhere. Customer service is a chat bot. If an advisor joins chat they answer rudely then cuts me off with no solutions or help. Expensive and even my clients when they review texts only have half the information yet TW say they give the clients all of it. Really is rubbish and I would stay well clear. Literally too many bad points to list.
