Written by the company

Treble Health provides comprehensive Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT) to treat tinnitus, combining counseling and education with sound therapy plans tailored to individual needs. The patients are supported in their journey towards habituation at every step – from 1:1 video consultations with a world-class audiologist, through to live group coaching sessions that track progress over time. By providing the best possible treatment plan for each patient's specific circumstances Treble Health aims to help those affected by this condition achieve greater comfort and improved quality of life. The TRT sound therapy approach seeks to reduce the perceived loudness of tinnitus by providing external sounds as a way for patients to "drown out" their condition. To this end, individuals can wear specialized sound generators - such as tinnitus maskers - or use everyday household devices like electric fans, white noise machines and TV static in order to give their brains time to adjust and lessen the contrast between background silence and intrusive ringing caused by tinnitus over prolonged periods. When you work with Treble Health, you’ll receive a pair of tinnitus maskers and coaching on sound therapy, sleep, and the essential toolkit needed to beat tinnitus. If you choose the treatment plan that includes Treble Health’s Treble Maskers, you’ll receive two Bluetooth tinnitus maskers delivered to your home. These discreet, behind-the-ear devices deliver sound therapy to soothe the ears and distract the brain from bothersome tinnitus. Purchasing the Treble Maskers includes appointments with Treble Health’s world-class audiologists. Their goal is to help you achieve habituation as quickly as possible by showing you how to get the most out of your Treble Maskers and holistically reduce your tinnitus with sleep strategies and CBT coaching techniques.

I received an email from support stating iphone only since November. I have a friend who will allow me to use theres for remote care. Communication can be better on this area.

Holy Bananas, I habituated!

For those of you reading, I suffered so much for every step of the way during 15.5 month process and truly doubted it would ever get better. I anticipated being one of the 10% that do not make it to the end -- even though Dr. Ramsay insisted I would habituate and always told me "I never worry about you."  I worried about me enough for the two of us.

The sound therapy saved me and let me be a normal human being. I had no problem with sleep thanks to the sleep mask. My mantra was "I am comfortable. I am comfortable", but then I would fluctuate like crazy and worry that this was just going to be my life. I truly believed I would never stop using my hearing aids (I do not have a hearing loss; I probably have somatic tinnitus).

When habituation arrived in my body, I was truly shocked. This is what Annie, Steve, Kent, Eric (I watched the testimonials on repeat) all said they experienced. I took out the hearing aids, and I have complete peace in my affected ear. The sound is 1/10,000 of what is was when it first started.

Thank you Dr. Ramsay and Treble Health for supporting me through this really difficult period of my life.

A Refresingly Honest Assessment

I recently developed a low-level tinnitus. I met with a Treblehealth audiologist via Zoom to learn about their program. I was told that because 1. my symptoms were so low, and 2. I already have hearing aids, I could hold off starting a Treblehealth program. They suggested I check out their YouTube channel for basic information and ask the local audiologist who prescribed my hearing aids for any sound-therapy recommendations. I appreciated the information and the Treblehealth audiologist's willingness to suggest alternatives to their programs.

I found treble health on a Google…

I found treble health on a Google search and found that this group knows everything about tinnitus care, up front and honest. They tell everyone the way it is about tinnitus problems and their treatments to reduce it, there is no silver bullet to cure it, no pills, herbs, nothing to stop the ringing and honest because after my consultation no pressure as they thought that I at this time I would not need their services now but things could change in the future and definitely will contact them if needed
