I was guided by a Tredero staff member during a live call to make high-risk currency trades in 10-20 lots — something I had never done before. As there was no guidance on how to close such dangerous 24 deals, these trades resulted in serious loss of USD34,000.- within 29 minutes.
Although Tredero initially acknowledged my complaint and offered a form of compensation, they later changed their position and restricted it to opposite option which is not acceptable even though I agreed 27% compensation.
After months of communication, no fair or consistent solution was provided. I hope Tredero reviews such cases responsibly and treats new clients with more care.

The worst broker for beginners, all they do is to give you few good trades in the beginning and asking for upgrades and showing stupid plans on how to make quick money. After depositing big amounts they let you suffer alone without any support, and once account is blown different numbers start calling at least 10 times a day with stupid excuse invest back and will give you this 50 percent back on ur deposit and all such kind of deals. If you are looking for gambling and not a professional trading this is best gambling broker for you. More or less a broker who cant afford to be on MT5 should not even consider as a broker in the industry. Hint for the smarts once best of luck lastly if you want to spoil your edge and psychology this broker is best for you 😂

Started happily as a passive investor with a small capital investment then enticed to increase investment offering a sweetener 50% bonus and upgrade to AI trading platform as opposed to Manual trading with no warnings or any disclaimer and then received 3 margin calls to inject more funds to avoid total loss of investment and given assurances by the Accounts Manager Umasha Patel and Senior Accounts Manager Hassan that the markets should turn around yet not advising to instead switch to manual trading with their guidance and ended up losing ALL my investment in a span of less than 7 days. Presently, have filed a complaint with FSC Mauritius providing records of ALL email and audio communications and await their feedback pending litigation vs One Prime Ltd t/a Tredero

I got some issues when i was trying to m,ake a deposit. So I reached out to the technical support, i was already kinda dubious about their competency but to my surprise, they reacted immediate;ly and gave a quick solution. I have registered with Tredero and haven't made my 250usd yet, but i am ready, only that i am afraid to be scammed.

I like this platform and can say that it exceeded my initial expectations. Tredero can be an excellent option for professional traders. But there is one small drawback that they must improve - the customer support.
While the agents are professional and helpful, it takes really long time to get to talk to one.

The Company has the zeal to assist it clients. The team is always available to give assistance. During my registration process I faced the challenge of network but the people were so patient. The follow up was strong and this greatly encouraged me to keep on trying.
All my questions were responded to and I realized that I am dealing with a genuine organization. Keep it up.

I having lots of friends who are traders and have more experience than me. So I asked them for advice which broker I should choose as a partner and they recommended to me the tredero broker.
So I don’t have any hesitation about the reputation of this broker since my friends are trading on this platform also. I was really surprised how I was able to navigate around my personal area and trading platform easily and without struggle.
I already starting trading and I’m focused only on the USA stock market cuz recently the presidential election was finished and I have a feeling of a bull run there.

Tredero is a company not to be trusted. I desposited about 3250 USD, and under the guidance of the so called account manager I was able to make more than 2000 USD as profit. But only in a day I was shocked to find my account with deficit. Worse it is they can not give you good explanation about what goes wrong rather they insist you to deposit some more money. They are quite inhuman, they lack sense of human as they leave victims with chlonic pains! Anyway! September, 2024
