An urgent tree report was needed for the Council Planning and Tree officers. Ben answered the plea instantly and was able to fit in the job with another in the area and understanding the urgency delivered the report same day and in time to forward to the council officers. A very professional service delivered warmly and with care and rescued a very difficult situation. There could not be better. Thank you!

Following a tender process Tree Check were selected to carry out a full survey of trees in the Cathedral grounds. Ben was one of the few who visited the site prior to tendering so that he could fully understand the requirements so I knew that his competitive tender was realistic. Ben's survey allowed us to make some key decisions regarding tree management and Ben handled all the communication with planning. Ben's communication is excellent and at no point was I left having to guess or chase a response. He was also incredibly helpful months after the initial report had been completed and some extra information was required. Highly recommended.

I used Tree Check for a mortgage report on my new house, Josh was able to visit the property the next day after I explained that I was working to a tight deadline. He liaised with the estate agent to arrange the visit and within 48 hours I had received the report which lead to my mortgage being approved!
