They don't have an CE approval for their dental medical product ( fractured screw remover kit).
DHL stopped my order because of a false description by TreeDental to import in the EU their product. I lost my money and time without refunding.

It is a direct shipping from China company. Extremely hard or even impossible to get support. Quality of products are very average or below average. Forget about returns and refunds
I won’t risk buying anything from these guys. Didn’t realize people China sells this with US phone number ( 845 area code)
After ordering a small dental piezo ultrasonic scaler, it arrived in about 2 to 3 weeks which was not bad. But as I unpacked the box, the unit base was broken. The material was low quality to begin with. The company sent me a new base after much emailing back and forth. They wanted me to pay deliver cost for something I did not break. It arrived broken due to manufacture tightening the screws too tightly. Treedental told me to open a dispute against the courier company. I dealt with DHL Canada who passed me on to DHL China, who passed me back to Treedental. I had photos with the date stamp on all photographs sent to DHL and Treedental. To this date no repayment was given to me for shipping cost or duties. I would not recommend this company, because they like to pass the buck.
