Helped me to get the right boot for my needs! Very happy.

Unfortunately I have to leave negative review for poor (non existing) customer service. After receiving product I found out that one zipper was always being stucked in same position during opening rendering the pocket unusable. After writing several mails and making several unanswered call I gave up.
They called backed after leaving negative review on google. We agreed on discount since the product was not replacable (not in stock anymore) but then they stopped responding.

After going to the Nottingham branch for the first time as a emergency treatment the staff was very good . Made me feel at ease, the dentist keep me informed every step of the way very good all around

No notification sent for the delivery and a bulk bag simply turned up this morning on the pavement. I had to drop other planned activities to deal with it. I phoned the company to enquire why and was told that someone forgot to send it. I dont mind people making mistakes but when I requested that the person responsible should be told that they had made a mistake I was told that this wouldn't happen and that I should simply accept that a mistake had been made. She basically couldn't be bothered to investigate.

Well it took some time and the reel came in an other colour , but the price was great.
If the delivrance would be faster, it had given 5 stars. But nevertheless I would order again.
