This is a great idea, but my personal experience so far has been disappointing any time I have had to interact with this company.

1. I spent my points on a gift card and my points simply disappeared into the ether. I have received no gift card, can see no section for purchased gift cards or anything similar
2. Their whole website does not appear to have ANY contact details for customer service anywhere, no phone or e-mail.
3. Nowhere on the website was I able to find instructions on how to cancel my subscription
4. They still support brewdog

Based on the above so far I personally feel like I have simply thrown my money away to a company with questionable operating practices I no longer want to support, but also can't seem to find a way to stop?

This new site has helped me offset my carbon footprint whilst having some fun incentives to look forward to.

In today's world its hard to be completely carbon neutral. I do what I can at home and with friends to reduce and reuse where possible. Treepoints.green has given me the opportunity to not only offset my carbon footprint, but the payment i make goes to projects that aim to reverse the negative impact being made. Easy to use, great offers and great services so far!

I signed up to Treepoints last week after seeing this mentioned by one of my network in LinkedIn. It is a fantastic initiative and something that I'm going to work with my company to introduce.
