Delivery times are a lie
They sell items which they don't have in stock and advise delivery time scales of 1-3 days when placing an order - despite knowing they'll be dispatched from Spain which they don't disclose. I've been waiting for 3 weeks and still don't have my order.

Easy to order, on time delivery, exactly what I ordered. Communication between order and delivery can be better (e.g. sms/email updates) but generally a good experience. Bought Salomon boots (an upgrade to my existing Salomons) and I received exactly what I ordered. This was the only site I could find that wasn’t charging an extortionate amount for these boots in my size (seems every where else may have sold out of 4.5 or use the high demand to bump the price).

Good product, but sent from abroad and delivery was delayed.
The product was good and of sturdy quality. However, I did not realise it was having to come from abroad, as nothing on the site obviously suggested this. As a result, shipping was about 10 days, despite claiming a shorter delivery time at ordering. It was needed for an event and a standby had to be used.

UPDATE: as you can see below the company asked me to get in touch with their customer service and they did not reply to me. I have had a terrible experience with thus company. I purchased a product from them for a Christmas present. It did not arrive in time. I contacted the company a repeatedly to inform them. Customer service told me to "be patient" and to wait for more shipping details. When I contacted them for the third time asking for a refund I was told I was "late to inform them" and no refund would be issued. For me, this item was expensive and I don't have the money to buy another present. I'm shocked at this company's attitude. They have taken my money and I have nothing to show for it.

I have purchased several pairs of Salomon hiking trainers/boots over the last few years. They have all been great. I know my size but, on the occasion the right shoe, the stitching where the lacing loops are attached has not been made correctly and is raised. The right shoe also feels a lot tighter around the toe box, the stitching rubs just above my big toe making them very uncomfortable. The left shoe is ok. Disappointing and not what I would expect from Salomon

So ya pay delivery then have to pay 11.99 to return an item. Avoid at all costs. Rip of a company. Should clearly state when ordering from them. It states return will be £4.99 from uk but then it’s some how £11.99 to return and only Royal Mail option available. Wouldn’t buy of these cowboys again
