It fits perfectly for my size of van. I have the small size. I only use it for night time. I do find that sometimes with the small size, the liquid container needs a bit more width at the top. It doesn't catch all of the liquid. I have an idea to add a bit more. It might not be an issue with a younger person. I'm an oldster.

Great company with great products! We have been really satisfied with our toilet, nearly as comfortable as our home toilet :) It is also high quality and will last for years of use.

I have used the Trelino separating toilet a lot for 6 months. It is I good toilet and easy to use. It is usable in all temperatures, so I am able to winter camp and still have a toilet. I recommend it for solo travelers or couples who have been together a long time.
You are up close and personal with your poo. If you are positioned a little off, you have to clean poo off the seat.
My complains are as follows.
The instructions say to use vinegar for cleaning. I could not get rid of the pee and poo smell with vinegar. I have to use bleach to soak out the urine scale and smell in the blue container. Also getting the smell off the toilet seat requires a lot of bleach water.
I just purchased a new to me class B. I will try the flush toilet again. I will keep the Trelino as a back up toilet for my one bathroom house. If I get tired of the black tank dumping again, I may install the Trelino again.
I recommend this toilet highly.

I'm very pleased with my choice of Trelino. Composting feels right and this unit enables me to easily keep my bathroom area clean and efficient. I'd have no reason to investigate alternative options.

Simple design, good color, ease of use

I would not buy it again but construct something myself. The container for the pee is in general great but sooo hard to empty totally due to its form. Actually i find it super expensive… the cube for the bigger things i could get for 2€ myself… it is neither possible to leave the hard stuff there as it smells way too much… so i regret that i bought it to me honest. Sorry

Overall the product has exceeded my expectations. Coming from other brands that has complicated set up and disposal, Trelino is hands down simple, functional, and easy to use. Now, there is one thing that I think needed some improvement on the urinal side; the container, when disposing it’s content there is no ample traction to hold on to. Holding the handle while pouring the content gets to an angle where it kinda restrict to completely empty the container. I have to hold the container on both sides while pouring the content out and because the top of the container is flat is another reason you really need to tilt it from side to side to empty it completely. Pretty much go through the same process when rinsing it. Now, I’m no engineer but had the top part of the container had a slight cone like shape to it it may help with easier emptying. Just a thought ; )

I've owned my Trelino Evo L since December 2023. We used it on a 6 week cross country trip from NY to CA. It is a game changer, in terms of ease of use, quality, and simplicity. I would call it a separating toilet, and not a composting toilet, as there's no way while traveling that solid wastes will actually compost. But it does its job well, with minimal odor and almost no maintenance. Is it expensive? Yes it is. Perhaps it is overpriced, but there isn't anything else available that can complete with it, and still check off all of its qualities. I had a minor issue requiring CS, and Trelino handled it to my complete satisfaction.

Really like the opportunity to block off the black tank in my Airstream trailer. No more really stinky slinky! The Trevino toilet fits in a relatively small space, and, if used per instructions, doesn't smell. I use cedar shaving which are easy to find in bulk. I do use a small urine bottle most of the time at night so I don't have to sit down, but the Trevino urine collection bottle works well.

Great company and great products!!! I purchased the Evo M composting toilet for our small camper van. This thing is AWESOME!! Seriously in love with my toilet. It's lightweight and easy to move around and clean. Total game changer while traveling and camping. I cannot recommend this product and company enough!

This is hands down the best portable toilet money can buy. It literally has everything you need, nothing that you don't. It is easy to clean, discreet and did I mention it is easy to clean. This has revolutionized our camping experience...I will never look back!

These composting toilets are AWESOME! I have to admit that I was skeptical. Just over a year ago I bought a stationary travel trailer and had no desire to deal with the black tank. I looked at options and Trelino intrigued me. I took the leap and ordered the large Evo Model. I tore the old toilet out of the trailer, sealed the tank, and set the Trelino in its place. We used it full time for a month solid. I emptied the urine tank and the composting section about every three days. It NEVER smelled! It was FAR better than ANY RV toilet I have ever been around. I was shocked. I was so thrilled that I ordered the Medium Evo and tore the toilet out of my Class B van and installed one in there as well. And it has been a HUGE upgrade in the van. No more dumping, no more black tank, and no more stink! Great product. Great company. Great move on your part if you get one!

I wanted to get in some use before writing a review. Overall I am pleased using this toilet for just about a month now. It isn't real hard to adapt to the operation.

Great size, easy to use toilet which fits perfectly in our VW T2 bus. The separate compartments make cleaning and emptying the toilet a breeze, and despite it being small, my chunky thighs have no problem!

This is a great toilet. We came from a dometic flushing toilet which was horrible. the flushing feature uses water, which is finite, and causes your urine to crystallize in the tank. the trelino separator is a great design and everything about it is great. the thing i think is worth a re-design is the urine tank. The lid and spout are flat so that when you dump it, it won't fully empty. I think having a tapered neck to the lid would help drain it better. It might lower the capacity of the tank but i don't think it will be meaningful versus being able to dump it fully.

We have tried multiple toilet options for our Four Wheel Camper overland setup. The Trelino is now our final setup. Easy of use, portable and build construction are spot on.
