It says my item was delivered left on…

It says my item was delivered left on the porch. Nothing was left. It also had the wrong order number and shows my address but the city and state were wrong. I would like to know where my item is or a full refund.

Fantastic website with amazing customer service

Fantastic website.

I ordered online and then realised I had ordered a size small instead of medium. I e-mailed them and got a response immediately, and they were happy to switch it over.

Horible place to deal with

Went there to put closes in consignment she explain how it was
working and when I ask how do I know
if my closes get sold the ladie just start
yelling at me and yelling very loud I didn’t know what to say, obviously she as something to hide, took my bag
back home and then I read the reviews
about that place and understood what is happening in that place, thank god
I didn’t leave anything there I would’ve
lost everything the way she reacted on me told me everything, don’t bring your good stuff there you will not see a penny will never spend one more dollar
there, and who scream at there customers like that, horrible 👎

Great staff and excellent speedy service

Initially I was skeptical after reading reviews here but I decided to give these guys a chance and I’m glad I did. I don’t review often but I want to help these guys out because these negative reviews don’t reflect my experience at all. This will be a bit longer but hopefully it helps you out.

Ordering:

The item I wanted to order was out of stock everywhere. I was skeptical that they actually had any left but I e-mailed just to confirm. They were quick to respond and said it was definitely still in stock so I ordered a few days later. I placed my order at night from the USA EST and they had it shipped the following day by 4pm GMT just as they claimed.

Delivery:

They ship Royal Mail Tracked & Signed which is typically a 7 day process. The only hold up was with US Customs and USPS logistics issues. I assume these things can vary by country so don’t freak out if it’s a day or so past. My first package arrived on the 8th day but anything requiring a signature moves slower due to security. The item was packaged safely and the brand tags were still attached upon opening.

Customer Service:

These guys were very responsive, polite and patient with every tedious question I had.

Payment:

They use PayPal so you are covered if any incident should arise.

Conclusion:

I would definitely order from these guys again. We did have one issue as the wrong item was sent the first time but it was quickly rectified once I made them aware. The correct item was sent as soon as they read the email and arrived within 7 days with free return postage and packaging for the wrong item to be sent back. Initially I was upset but these things happen and you have to keep the volume of orders they deal with daily in mind before going overboard.

All in all few bad reviews or minor issues like mine don’t paint the entire picture compared to how many customers receive items without issue. Even their EBay store has 99% positive feedback.

Took payment for item not in stock and left me with no gift or cash or time to buy replacement before Christmas.

I ordered gifts from this store in plenty of time for Christmas but received an email to say they had mistakenly advertised stock they didn't have. The refund they gave me didn't process before Christmas and by the time they notified me of their error there was no time (or cash due to refund of £70+ not processing). To order replacements gifts.
So their mistake resulted in me not having a Christmas gift to give and not having the money or time to buy elsewhere.
When I contacted them they were unhelpful and rude. I was told that at least they had been honest about their mistake and apologised.
Pity I couldn't buy replacement gifts with their honesty and apology.
