Customer service is unacceptable
At the beginning of July, I have ordered a dress, it wasn't until August that I have heard from them that the dress was sold out and that they apologize for the waiting time and promised me that the next time I order from them I will get free shipping and a bunch of freebies for my inconvenience. Well, I still have no confirmation on that, I also asked whether a similar dress will be available (there were several colors), but I can't expect an answer until I write an angry email. So here it goes
