1. All pricing and renewal terms are clearly displayed at checkout.
When signing up, users are informed multiple times that the $1 trial renews into a $298/year OR a monthly $30 subscription after 7 days (depending on the option you picked), unless canceled. This is displayed:
• Directly under the “Start Now” button
• At the final checkout page under “Total after 7-day trial”
• In the terms accepted before payment

2. Whop is our secure checkout partner.
They process payments on our behalf, just like Shopify or Stripe would for other businesses. The charge appears under their name, which is standard and disclosed.

3. Your account dashboard allows full control.
You can cancel, manage billing, or contact support directly from the dashboard. If you saw a blank screen, it may have been a loading error, we’re happy to walk you through login or access support at any time.

This policy is in place to ensure fair access and transparency for all users. We NEVER charge without consent, and your subscription only renews if it’s not canceled during the trial period.

If you believe you were charged in error, we encourage you to reach out to our team via email so we can assist you directly and resolve the issue respectfully.

1. No one is “automatically opted in” — the subscription plan is clearly stated on both the pricing page and the checkout screen. Before confirming payment, every customer sees the following:
“7-day free trial, cancel anytime. $298/year after trial.” This is visible in the billing summary.

2. Charges never occur before the end of the trial. We are using standard practices across the Saas space.

3. We offer email support to any customer.

4. We do not issue refunds on active subscriptions, as outlined in our policy, agreed to at checkout. This ensures fairness for all users, especially those who do use the platform regularly.
