Mijn advies: hier niets bestellen.
Ik wil onze bestelling terugsturen, moet daarvoor een retourformulier invullen en de bestelling naar een adres in China sturen. Maar beide zijn nergens te vinden. Ook in de mails van het bedrijf worden deze niet gedeeld. En krijg ik steeds aanvullende vragen ipv antwoorden.
Ik kan mijn bestelling dus niet terugsturen.
Mocht het toch nog lukken, zijn de kosten 30,-
Het lijkt wel op oplichting. Ik heb geen enkele terugkoppeling ontvangen, en niemand reageert op mijn e-mails. Er is ook geen telefoonnummer beschikbaar om contact op te nemen. Ik heb op 15 januari een bestelling geplaatst, en tot nu toe heb ik niets ontvangen, behalve een niet-functionerende track & trace link. Zeer teleurstellende ervaring!
